I had a terrible move out experience. First, I was given the incorrect dates by their rep for payment due. Second they lied to me about being able to pay online and forced me to get a cashier check. Third, they tried to blame the entire debacle on me like I am a moron or deadbeat scum. I did make an error and got a check with .15 cents instead of .75 cents which was an honest mistake. They called me to let me know and demanded I get a brand new check to which I asked if they could cash the check I already got for them and if I could instead pay cash, or make a payment for the remaining $0.60 online. The rep still demanded I get a new check so I spoke with a manager who agreed to cash the current check but she still demanded I get a new check for $0.60. I understand that I made a mistake but I was treated very poorly and rudely by their team who instead resorted to blaming me and outright lying about what happened. I will never live in another WWC community and I encourage everyone to do their research and really know what you are getting yourself into with them.

If I could give The Brandt Apartments in Irving Texas and this management company place a 0 I would. We moved here from out of state not ever getting to see the property. None of the information online matches anywhere close to what it looks like. It only got worse from there. This whole complex is infested with cockroaches that the management seems to not give a care in the world. When I first went in to express my concerns to the management team I was told there was nothing they could do besides for me to request to have my apartment treated. This is exactly what I did. I had a camera in my living area that captured this treatment of a $25 a month charge where the guy comes in sets his card down on my counter goes on his phone and leaves. I went in again expressed my issue I was told it was most likely due to my dog still being in the apartment. I had sent many emails tried calling and left voicemails asking if I needed to remove my dog from the apartment where I received no answer. So I scheduled another appointment and they came back and did the same thing every time. While I understand this is not completely their fault and more on the company this issue began when they switched companies to which I assume is cheaper for them to use. They do not care about the poor living conditions they leave their residence in. My boyfriend then went in to talk to the property manager when he walked in to ask to speak to them they all ran back to their desk and pretended working on their phones. Not only did this infestation impact both of our allergies heavily they began biting my dog and impacting her health that I then had to pay thousands to keep her healthy until we could move out. The water was shut off at least once a month with little to no notice where we would have to find somewhere else to shower as my boyfriend works blue collar he has to shower every night. All this complex and management company cares about is screwing the residents they do have to cover the lack of capacity they have.

Horrible. They ran our complex into the ground. Never watered the grounds. All the landscaping is weeds now. They refused to replace lights around the property so there were areas in complete darkness. Many breezeways had no lights at all, & people had to walk upstairs in darkness. We became overrun with rats. We are now finding that those of us who renewed our leases in the last three months, our renewals were never processed. By the time they left, some of us were in danger of being charged month to month without even knowing it. Our complex used to be a nice place. Maybe now that Western Wealth is gone, it can be that way again.
