The whole process went just as he stated when we first had spoken about the entire process and time frame. He was very helpful with the loan he gave up his personal time in the evening to answer questions and to ensure all paperwork was complete and correct before submitting it. That to me is true professionalism to ensure the process times are upheld as he described in our initial conversation about the loan. Sam followed through the entire process even on the weekend. Sam was professional and great through the whole process and I definitely would recommend him to friends and family if they needed HELOC loan. Give him a call when in need of a loan!!!
