She took the time to answer all my questions, kept everything organized, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out. After countless phone calls and emails we were told that it would be sent back to us through MAIL. And it would take 30 days. As I have read in other reviews 30 days later people still haven’t gotten their money back. Unprofessional! Unethical! Will be taking further legal action!
