- FBF BSep 5, 20251.01. The maintenance and employees will lie to you. ( I just provided proof to you all where you will be living) The rest is on you. 2. They complete work orders for maintenance without addressing the issue at all. (They lie) 3. They put in some new windows claiming better than the last windows. ( Everytime it storms, water get through and paint come up off the wall.) 4. I made several work orders and they close as completed. (Documenting my experience)
