- TBTJ Brown2 days ago1.0Horrible management and unprofessional employees!! Every year it gets worse and worse. I had to stop coming in for my daily coffee because the assistant manager Dejale Cutright had a terrible attitude and straight up yelled at me when I asked for coffee that was not put on display yelling "It's empty right?!! All of that while bending over the desk while watching cellphone videos with the company manager Rozann Arellano who heard the whole thing and did not correct her attitude at all. The day I moved out I tried to get an apology out of the assistant manager but the attitude was just too much and the community manager Rozann Arellano made the whole situation worse when she sided with her and told me that I was being unprofessional and needed to apologize for asking for an apology. Completely unacceptable. I try to get some dog treats on my way out and Rozann Armenta yelled at me saying, just take them all!! I try not to give bad reviews but this time I just couldn't help it because the service was just that bad. Napaly Armenta and Bernadeppe Navarro who I believe is in charge of leasing were the only ones who we're professional and well mannered. I really hope they take their jobs one of these days but Valencia Park Apartments really needs to do better. Residents are leaving left and right due to horrible management without a moment notice and I was one of the few who stuck it out to the end of my lease and it was not easy. Valencia Park Apartments needs to do better because I can't recommend it to any one until management improve.

She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and never made the tour feel rushed. Nataly highlighted features that matched what I was looking for and made the overall experience comfortable and stress-free. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend touring with her if you’re considering this property.
