  This will be my 4th year living at urban walk. I have loved living here since I moved in 4 years ago. the staff has always been accommodating and helpful, especially for myself in the last few months for myself. I had an issue that needed to be solved an Jeannie went above and beyond to help alleviate it for me and I am very grateful she did. She will do everything in her power to help the residence here and if you choose to live here you can expect the same. The apartments are close to great shopping and restaurants and is getting better everyday with the improvements being made.

  I don't even know where to begin. This place is definitely not worth paying $1,000+ for. I'm so sick and tired of living here. First off, don't be fooled by the pictures. See the complex in person before considering to live here. This is an old building and be prepared to have fixings almost everyday! It always seems to be one thing after another. I lived in an older complex before here and I never had this problem. I was told I was going to have new applicances when I moved in and that was a huge joke. No wonder why Bridget didn't send me pictures like she said she would. The dishwasher doesn't clean at all, it molds up my dishes and it wasn't even mounted into the wall when I moved in. So much for new and improved. The cabninets were a joke as well. It's basically old cabinets painted over with white paint. I believe the apartment was rushed for move in because it smelled gross and things weren't cleaned properly. The counters in the kitchen are scratched up. The toliet is gross and disgusting. The sink in the bedroom restroom didn't work properly. The light switches don't even operate like light swithes should in the living room and in the bedrooms. There are no screens on the windows so good luck getting a natural breeze in with out having flies come in. Also my mailbox that was assigned to me opens without a key. Someone could easily take my mail. One last thing that I cannot stand is the major ROACH problem!!!! This place is infested with them. It is so bad that they started living in my coffee pot! I've never seen so much roaches in my life and this is the first-time I had to deal with this problem. I can't even have a decent meal without seeing a roach. I told the staff several times but all that is done is an exterminator that comes by every Wednesday to spray. That only takes care of the roaches for a couple of days and then they're back again! So much for solving the problem! I can't wait to break my least and get the heck out of this cockroach hole!!! This is a noisey, disgusting and old complex. Don't move here! You could find a better place to call home and get your money's worth.
