I lived here for over 2 years and had a great time until the very end. Maintenance is the best thing you’ll find here!!! They care about you, listen to you, and Ken is just hands down one of the best guys I’ve ever met. He runs the maintenance team and single handedly kept things afloat and saved my sanity during the management transition. I will always be grateful for the kindness he showed at such a chaotic time in my life. I did have a roach problem that was never resolved after months of spraying and multiple companies. The new manager made it her problem after I insisted she called me and we discuss how to solve the problem at hand. Management allowed people to live here with roaches and didn’t inform me when they knew of an active problem on the other side of my wall. With notice, I could’ve been a little more prepared for the problem but I had to discover it on my own. Waking up at 5am and roaches crawling on the wall above my head is NEVER acceptable. I had my place sprayed, glue traps, and made my place so cold to get them out, I spent hundreds in AC bills. The day I moved out I saw 7 roaches in my place (3/31/2025). I threw away almost all furniture and as I was doing so, was rudely spoken down to by Michelle at the leasing office. I’d never been spoken to like that before and when she left, every mover in my place was stunned by the way she came off. Maybe it was because I was leaving and no longer their problem because I will speak up… who knows. Overall, it was great until the end and that’s why I had to go. I love the neighbors, the community, and the area but something needs to change. With the bugs and the way I was spoken to on my last day, no one deserves that, where they call home.

This place deserves zero stars honestly. We lived here for 3 and a half years. (October 2014 - April 2018). Everything was mostly okay for a while. It got really bad at the end. There were at least 4 different managers during that time. Jeanie was the worst. She called the police on my fiance because he wanted to discuss repairs needed to our apartment. We had to issue a 5 day notice to the complex to get things taken care of. Our AC leaked into the apt and they took over 2 months to do anything about it . We had horrible roaches, despite never having roaches ever before. We couldn't use our dishwasher and there was nasty black water that came out of the sink pipe under the kitchen sink. It was disgusting. The caulking was cracked in all of the bathrooms and the tubs were so old and gross that they were impossible to clean. We had our car stereo stolen out of our SUV, towels stolen from the laundry room by crackheads on bicycles and a bicycle stolen off our from patio where someone had to cut a rather thick chain. Near the end of living there, we were on month to month and then they wouldn't let us renew or keep going month to month. They gave us a 30 day notice to leave. The reason they did this is because we were only paying $850/mo while they were charging newer tenants $950+ and now I see that the same EXACT apartment rents for $1050 or more. Pretty ridiculous when they haven't updated anything or fixed any of the concerns people have. (Plumbing, roaches, noise, AC, etc). They cut down all of the trees in the complex a couple months before we moved out. The whole complex smells like cat pee because there is a feral cat problem in the area. A security company was hired at the end and they would constantly harass my family and I. They would follow us as we walked our dog, follow us into the laundry room, walk by our door and try to find something to get us into trouble. It was ridiculous. The smoke detectors would go off randomly in the middle of the night. The gates never worked. The dumpsters were always overflowing and weird people would be digging through the garbage. These idiots are trying to get $400 for paint... Of course you have to paint when we lived there for almost 4 years. If you see any "good" reviews for this place, be sure it was someone that works there or they asked/paid someone to write a good review for them.

We have lived here for about 4 years and have always had trouble until the most recent company took over. As soon as they brought Jeanie and her crew in, it took a complete 180. I can finally say I’m proud of where we live and can finally feel comfortable having guest over!! It’s amazing the difference it makes when you have people who truly care about their residents!
