It is not safe at all at anytime of the day when people come and go. There is no emergency number to reach for anyone who works in the complex. It is insane that this even happened.

I have spoken with Mary and two other staff members. Mary never has any information, and the others repeatedly say the check is “coming,” yet nothing has been received. This delay is unacceptable. I have never experienced this level of disorganization, even with private landlords. It is disappointing that the only way to get a response appears to be leaving a public review—one that still forces me to give a star. I would not recommend leasing from this property. There are significantly better options nearby on 7th Ave.
