  The property management and maintenance team are all amazing! They are thoughtful and caring, and the property is beautiful and clean. I love that there are so many trees as part of the landscaping, it’s nice to feel surrounded by nature in the city. I love the mid century design and in terms of layout, this is maybe my favorite place I’ve lived! There is so much closet space and built in storage. I feel very lucky to have found this place!

  This place is very pet friendly. If you have a problem, they won’t push you out. No need to strain your wallet here. You’ll really be able to squeeze out all the juicy amenities with one smooth, fiber rich paycheck. P00P

  This apartment complex is truly a gem! The mid-century modern design is stunning, and the small community atmosphere makes it all feel so comfortable. The office is incredibly cute and welcoming, and the two women who helped me during my tour were absolutely fantastic and helpful. It's a very dog-friendly place, with more grass than any other complex I've seen in the area, plus over EIGHT (8) well-maintained pet waste stations with bags= a huge plus for pet owners and those of us who like a clean property! Everyone I met was humble and kind, even the maintenance team was polite when we passed. Even though the units didn't fit my personal timeline, the experience was awesome, and this is clearly one of the best communities around, I will be looking here again!

  How i wish there is score below 1 star here, Phoenix apartment has a very bad reputation in the the Past ranging from crime to filth to poor management. We heard there is a new management (GATES HUDSON) and we had a very great hope in them, I applied to have a place but unfortunately there has not been any improvement. They will show you a TYPICAL FINISHING (not exact apartment)ask you to move in at a certain date in the middle of the month , mine was 20th May 2024 , for you to enjoy one month rent, They postponed till 24th, then again till 30th, then till 7th of July, From 20th up till 7th , I was already out of my previous apartment with my family, with a great hope. But we're sleeping in Alternative accomodations paying heavily, On the 7th July at closing hour they handled me the key of an incomplete apartment, without me knowing as the manager was ready to go home, we went to the apartment to discover it was not habitabke and was not what we applied for. I came back in Saturday from my hotel and told them, one of their experienced stall offered me what I applied for initially for additional $250 / month if he will get me one. With no alternative out of frustration, I agreed. Oh my God, the filth of Dogs poo was the welcoming perfumes of the corridor. I rejected this , They took 5 days off my security deposit for collecting the key to the unwanted apartment You will think they are nice when they approach you with fake smiles, They have very poor management and no concern for the feelings of prospective Tennants. Poor financial management. I was forced to start all over seeking for apartment. Am still staying in alternative apartment as am writing this. Please do not fall for the Bates of the 2 MONTHS rent free. Phoenix is going from bad to worst with Gates Hudson management.
