  We’ve been here for 6 months. Upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy. We call security on a weekly basis and talk to management and nothing has been resolved. We’ll be moving if nothing is resolved.

  As I enter my 12th year at the Palisades I am now to the breaking point with management, the management company and whoever decided to force what they call Improvements "smart technology" on the residences. I have NO desire to have a keyless entry, I'm quite adapted to the use of keys and don't want a poor preforming application (Rated 1.6 out of 5 stars on Google Play) required on personal phone to enter my apartment. I don't want Cox involved in trying to control my choices and I don't like having all this smart equipment plugged into my power outlet, on my power bill! I have sent emails to this management only to receive a form letter stating that "please note that an addendum will be added, and installation will become a mandatory requirement upon lease renewal." I live in a democracy and don't like to be forced into something I don't want! They are alway looking for ways to extract money from residents beyond their regular rent, things like the "valet wast" at $22/mo. Another service I don't want. I will be looking for a new home as soon as my lease is up. Please consider a your next apartment community somewhere other than The Palisades and save yourself from the inconsiderate, intrusive, rude behavior of this place.

  ALERT!! ALERT!! - Sharing review based on personal and friends experience. 1) Heavy mandatory charges if you are moving out or transferring apt within palisades. Approx. $1000 for 1 bed and $1400 for 2 beds on the name on vent cleaning or carpet cleaning etc. 2) Transfer fees $200 if you want to transfer or upgrade apt within palisades and two months notice is mandatory (event you are on month-on-month) 3) My friend has cleaned carpets, vent / duct from professional service and submitted bills, but still palisades mgmt charged them $1300 for 2 bed at the time of move out. 4) They attract new customers by giving some offers but at the time move out they charge heavy to recover the benefits cost Please think twice before moving here.

  This place is not kid friendly my child would ride scooter and they would make big deal about it the kids know not too run over people in path way they still complained I was also wrapping gift with my son in office they had nerve send email out saying we have unauthorized guest wrapping gift when they could of approach my oldest son who was on lease but made him feel So uncomfortable we left until my son mother had call the file complaint cause they whwte discriminating due to my tattoos, of course they know, they know they were not … we had neighbor down hall that would yell at kids for playing at play ground being kids being noisy expect kids be quiet at okat ground if you have children 7 and up and your child loves be outside enjoy outdoor don’t move here you will end up getting violation then there was one time had my son riding his bike sence he could not ride scooter nomore in pathways way of apts they started complaint saying kids can’t ride bike in parking lot these people made us feel so unwrlcomes and just fyi to property manager whoever do not waste your time commenting cause I can keep going with more things how y’all kick someone out over pet and they were willing show esa letter still got kicked out this place is only for people who have baby’s elderly people if you have children like I said don’t waste your time apply here dind another place they complain too much if your child likes enjoy outdoor they expect them stay inside be in jail is all I have to say and of course you check see if I’m on lease no I wasn’t I stayed there from time time so I’m writing how the mother of my kids where being treated it was horrible guys even on Christmas they sent email like I said to my son saying we have unauthorized guest in our office when I was just trying to wrap gifts with my older son and asked for the Palasade departments know my name will not pop up on the lease, but I was there for so everything I’m saying is true and it’s not a lie everyone if you have kids seven and up and they love to play outside. This is not the place to bring your kids too. They do not like kids running around enjoying nature playing at the playground being loud because all of a lot of the staff there lives there so they are watching you like a hawk.   This is a great place to live :) our two bedroom apartment has been perfect for my partner and I. We have close access to many of our favorite stores just around the corner. The pool is great for the hot days and the fitness center is a nice touch too. During our time here we even started raising our baby boy. Feels safe and is gated and kid friendly. Kelly in the office is awesome!
