  I lived here in 2018 and recently tried to return, but the professionalism is gone. Don’t let the renovated leasing office fool you; they clearly spent the budget on the lobby while the actual units still feel dated and uncomfortable. ​I even paid off an old balance in good faith to clear my record, yet they denied my application claiming I 'lied'—but they refused to provide a single detail or proof when I asked what the lie was. The management style is very 'social club.' The manager has a bizarre habit of staring you down from a distance like you're a problem before you even speak. It was even more unsettling when she started venting about her personal paranoias, like only living on the top floor because she’s afraid of neighbors 'peeking' at her. ​As a business owner, I value transparency and boundaries, neither of which are here. They’ll take your money to settle a debt, but they won't treat you with basic respect. If you want a professional environment where the staff doesn't watch you like a suspicious teenager, look elsewhere. It’s all image and no substance.

  We have lived here for over 4 years and have been very satisfied with the community! The management team is very attentive and they really care about our comfort and the facilities! There are many residents that have lived here for OVER 15 years! I would recommend the Palisades in PV!!!!

  We’ve been here for 6 months. Upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy. We call security on a weekly basis and talk to management and nothing has been resolved. We’ll be moving if nothing is resolved.

  As I enter my 12th year at the Palisades I am now to the breaking point with management, the management company and whoever decided to force what they call Improvements "smart technology" on the residences. I have NO desire to have a keyless entry, I'm quite adapted to the use of keys and don't want a poor preforming application (Rated 1.6 out of 5 stars on Google Play) required on personal phone to enter my apartment. I don't want Cox involved in trying to control my choices and I don't like having all this smart equipment plugged into my power outlet, on my power bill! I have sent emails to this management only to receive a form letter stating that "please note that an addendum will be added, and installation will become a mandatory requirement upon lease renewal." I live in a democracy and don't like to be forced into something I don't want! They are alway looking for ways to extract money from residents beyond their regular rent, things like the "valet wast" at $22/mo. Another service I don't want. I will be looking for a new home as soon as my lease is up. Please consider a your next apartment community somewhere other than The Palisades and save yourself from the inconsiderate, intrusive, rude behavior of this place.
