  This complex is infested with ROACHES. It is not isolated to my unit or building, as building 04 in units 221 and 128 have infestation issues, as well. If this was a "inaccurate statement" I wouldn't have shared an abundance of photo evidence. Don't waste your hard earned money renting here. Management is extremely reactionary in any "effort" to make action and fails repeatedly to effectively communicate with tenants. They will either completely disregard concerns and then take weeks to address them only once they become threats of legal matters. They aren't "working with me" they are attempting to silence me and hold me to tenant obligations while continually failing to uphold landlord obligations. ADDITION: CVG Properties concern for money and their reputation supersedes their morals. They have NO interest in providing habitable living conditions for their tenants.

  5 stars for Susie in the leasing office!! Antonio was a great help too. They all seem to work as a team. I'm moving from out of state so working over the phone is tough. Susie made me feel like I was the most important thing on her docket for the day. I really appreciate that and her no nonsense approach. She's very kind, encouraging and was wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend!

  Daisy and the maintenance team are fantastic. Daisy is very kind, responds to emails quickly, and always helps out! The maintenance team does their job quickly and efficiently. Another day submitted a maintenance order to fix an issue I had in my apartment. Ariel came in right away, was very courteous, fixed the issue quickly, didn’t leave a mess, and overall was a great professional! Thank you guys! I am very satisfied with my stay at Stonebridge!

  I myself am not a resident here ,but my girlfriend is. She had some troubles in March and Daisy and Susie went above and beyond to make sure she would have a place to live. She lives right across from the maintenance building, they helped her move and the check on her to make sure she's okay from time to time. Any issues she has had they are taking care of a quick timely manner. No bugs, great neighbors overall it's a great community. I feel good knowing that she is safe. Daisy and Susie are absolutely amazing, as well as maintenance. Thank you for taking care of her and giving her a place she can call home and feels safe.

  I have had nothing but great respect for the management team.never had a problem here.they always took care of my few maintenance problems. I recommend this place if you want peace
