  Me and my husband moved here about 2 years ago. Just about a year ago the property was under new management, ever since then roaches have been popping up, due to management not doing monthly pesticide spray around the building. So we placed an appointment to have them spray our apartment and 2 days later the roaches were back. Very good and affordable apartments but expect roaches!!

  I was very hurt and dishearted. I was very interested in the way the apartments looked. I went to the property on Jan 12, i noticed the office closed i figured theu were out for lunch so i decided to walk the property to get a feel on it. I walked and looked at the pool and a very rude lady came from unit 121 and gave me a strange look like of discust. I have an autistic daughter was running in the grass a little hyper because she has energy. She was not loud or disruptive. She had a male gentalman over their with a blue hat. I asked her politley when she walked towards her car if she knows when the office will be open i told her i was interested in renting a unit. And she said she thinks they are closed for the day as she turned to walk she told the male "i hope she dnt we dont need no more of her kind here the kid is all over the yard." This bothered me i have a disabled daughter and for someone to say that is very upsetting. Who was she to judge when her apartment reaked of pot smoke so bad you could smell it across the property. I will never be interested in a property with residence so hateful and rude. I would never recomend it eather.

  Laundry room us never open at 8am, it's open whenever the person feels like coming in to open it which sets me behind. Like today it'd past 9 and still not open. Management is nice, but switches property managers alot.
