Honestly, I’m usually an apartment complex hater, but I’ve had a really great experience at Sage. Maintenance and office staff are responsive and so friendly. I dig it. Hopefully this continues over the next year too!

I recently toured Sage Apartments as a prospective resident, and I was truly impressed by how beautiful and well‑maintained the community is. The grounds are clean, the amenities are modern, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and upscale. The staff is amazing everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I’ve been working with Carmina, and she has been exceptional. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. Her customer service is outstanding, and she made the experience smooth and stress‑free. I highly recommend Sage Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. Beautiful community, excellent staff, and top‑tier service.

đŸš© Read This Before You Waste Your Time Touring This Place đŸš© We were this close to scheduling a tour here. But before we ever sign a lease, we do one very important thing: talk to the people who actually live there. Not the leasing staff. Not the scripted sales pitch. The residents. Because once you move in, the “luxury” image disappears fast—and your rent is still a serious investment. Thank goodness we asked. We spoke with multiple residents, and not a single one had offered anything positive to say. In fact, several flat-out said they’re counting down the days until their lease ends so they can get out. The biggest red flag? Maintenance and the leasing office staff. Over and over, residents said maintenance doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing and has even caused damage inside apartments. People questioned their qualifications and described them as unprofessional, discourteous of your home, and careless—leaving messes behind and even using residents’ homes to wash hands etc. That alone is unacceptable and as a tenant, you should be able to trust that authorized personnel can enter your home without worrying about whether they are helping themselves to your belongings or using your living space to handle personal matters. That basic level of trust appears to be missing here. Then there’s the constant HVAC issues. One resident told me they went over a week without air conditioning in the middle of summer. When they complained, the property manager (Estafonzo? Estanzo? Not even sure of the name—and apparently they weren’t very memorable for the right reasons) brushed it off by saying they “legally have three days” to fix it, showing zero concern for the resident’s well-being. No hotel offered. No rent reduction. No reimbursement. Just a useless portable AC that, according to the resident, barely cooled anything. Imagine paying top dollar for rent and being treated like that. The condition of the property itself is just as bad. Not in the front of course
We took a stroll and went to see how the buildings/property on the back was cared for —and the upkeep is awful. Dog waste everywhere. Breezeways full of dust, cobwebs and debris. On the building and at the base of them. We have lived in much rougher areas where the properties took far more pride in their appearance than this one does. And if that’s not enough, there are tons of complaints about scorpions and spiders. Yes, it’s near the desert—but that’s exactly why proper pest control should be aggressive and consistent. Clearly, it’s not. My husband and I were genuinely hopeful this could be our home for a few years. But after hearing the same complaints again and again from residents and seeing the neglect for ourselves, we walked away. Bottom line: you can find better—and for less. Better maintenance. Better management. Better care for the residents. This place is overpriced for what it offers, and no amount of marketing can make up for the reality. Save yourself the frustration and take your money somewhere that actually values the people who live there.

Good evening. I suffered in these apartments all summer. The air conditioner wasn't working in my children's room, and they couldn't get up because of the intense heat. They slept in their bedroom. I kept contacting all the company employees, but to no avail. I sent more than 10 emails to management, and the manager kept sending people. But it was all in vain. The last time they told me to close all the air conditioning vents in the house except for the one in my children's room. This was unreasonable; I was supposed to close all the vents and only leave the one in my children's room open. I did this, but it was useless, and I couldn't find any solution until I moved out of the house. There are other things that happened to me that prove the management is incompetent. I found a scorpion the size of half my palm at the door of the house and killed it. I have pictures of it. Another time, I was outside the house, and when my wife and children returned home at night, the scorpion couldn't open the apartment door. I called Jessica, who told her to call management, but the office was closed. The scorpion remained outside until I arrived two and a half hours later and opened the door. Then I saw the building manager and told them the door wouldn't open and needed repairs. He told me he would get someone to fix it right away. Then the other employee, George, the assistant manager, said he would do it and would be there in ten minutes. More than a week passed, and no one came to fix it. Then I went to the office, got batteries, and fixed it myself. Another time, the washing machine door and hose fell on my daughter's head, and she got a cut. I brought the complex manager in and showed him the door. I saw that my two-year-old daughter had cut her head. I told her they were coming to fix the track, but it was faulty. Then they installed the door incorrectly. After more than a month, I told them the door wouldn't open and that the installation was wrong; it should be installed this way. They fixed it, and the door started opening. I had to open it from the bottom so we could wash and hang the clothes. Many other things happened, and there are pictures to document this. I advise everyone not to go to this place because the management is terrible.
