  I'm coming up on 2 full years of renting with Real Property Management, and it has been a great experience. Communication between the staff and I has been phenomenally quick. From emergency maintenance repairs to lease paperwork and renewal, the team has made my renting experience fairly hassle free. I highly recommend renting with them if you find yourself looking into a property they manage. 😁

  TENANTS BEWARE, I am currently representing a tenant to apply for another home. My client submitted their 30 day notice last month after having to cook outside on a grill for the weeks because the stove stopped working and they are not fixing it; and now that a rental verification is needed they are saying no notice has been given yet and they can only speak to tenant who doesn't speak English and don't have Spanish personnel neither. They will not speak to agent nor provide rental verifications! They will also hang up the phone on you and will take you forever to get a hold of them. Save your time and frustration by renting somewhere else. I will defiantly warn my clients about companies with poor management. This company lacks professionalism.

  TLDR: don't waste your time, avoid doing any sort of business with this company. Applied to rent a house, after paying the non-refundable application fee, was requested to provide a rental ledger that is not readable available. They only gave me one day to acquire the ledger, luckily I was able to get it. Seems strange I could have been denied if my current rental company didn't provide it in time. Upon approval of my application, they acted surprised I wanted to view the house and lease before paying the security deposit of $2,000. At the same time, it was clearly stated I could only move in once my current lease expired. They expected me to move in right away and pay two rents. They conventionally forgot to mention that you must move in within days application approval, when their add states "days from lease signing/payment of security deposit." Rude and deceitful business practices, don't rent with this awful company.
