Communication is proactive and their follow-up is timely and complete. RPM resolves problems and is what you want as a property manager from the tenant side, especially when action is needed with the landlord. I presume they get high marks from the landlord side as well. I have confidence when contacting RPM that things will be handled professionally and with courtesy. They say what they do and do what they say.

Definitely do not recommend working with this business if you have any say so in the matter. Shady, unprofessional, and rude aren't enough to describe the treatment we received as tenants. They came in halfway through our lease, immediately trying to push us to pay an additional $160 fee that wasn't in our lease agreement. When I had an issue with rent payment not going through, I wasn't notified until 5 days later via email, within 30 minutes after that, was served an eviction notice. The fees and charges were constantly changing, and they couldn't give me a solid or consistent explanation. It seemed like they just wanted to get me for as much as they could, and only backed down when I didn't. When asked to show me in the lease agreement the extra fees I was "expected" to pay, I was told I'd be receiving proof I was required to pay it but the proof never came, and nothing was said afterwards. Anytime you call, they refuse to let you know who you're speaking to and are often rude over the phone. I'm not one to care much personally, but it's consistently unprofessional and shady. Not to mention if you go to their office, they refuse to come out and speak to you face to face, only able to talk through a landline that goes to the other side of the wall. Again, shady. Upon the end of our lease, they jumped our rent from $2,177 base rent to (I believe) about $2,800 a month just for rent. We couldn't afford this, so we moved out. The listing for our place was then posted to $1,999 a month. We really wanted to stay, and we feel a little cheated to be told an incorrect price for rent moving forward, but honestly losing the place was worth it to not be responsible to this business anymore. There's more that I'm forgetting to mention, but the review is just the same. Definitely avoid this place, whether you're an owner looking for somebody to manage your property or a renter looking to move in, just don't do it. It's not worth the headache, no matter how good of a deal the listing is.

This landlord company is one of the worst. They will take your deposit and come up with false excuses. On top they are rude and unprofessional. Do not rent from them. You are better off homeless.
