  We feel super taken care of by Progress Phoenix. Whenever there is a work order that needs to be done, they are quick to communicate and come out to fix whatever is going on. Shoutout to Kevin for being our right hand man lately! Thankful for him and his helpful, calm, and kind nature.

  Kevin with progress came out extremely quickly to look at a potential HVAC issue. He was professional and very detailed in his explanations. I highly recommend him.

  I do not live in a house managed by Progress Residential, but I work for an HOA management company that has tenants coming in complaining. I had a tenant that said she had just moved in a month ago to a house that is managed by Progress Residential. She was not provided a gate remote or mailbox keys, only house keys. Progress Residential told her it was her responsibility to go to the post office to get the mailbox number and work with a locksmith to get the box rekeyed. She will have to pay for this herself, not be reimbursed by Progress Residential. She also was told when she moved in and asked about the gate that there was a code to use that maybe would work. A few weeks ago then she was told that she needed to come to our HOA office to pick up a gate remote, that it was required. Progress Residential told her just to show up and pay for the remote and they would reimburse her once she sent the receipt. Progress Residential never reached out to the Community Manager at our HOA office to set up the pick up and also did not communicate to the tenant how she would be able to pay for the remote at our office. They did not even give her the name of our HOA office, only an address for her to go to. If this is how Progress Residential "manages" then I would NEVER want to live in one of their homes. They need to be taking better care of the tenants! I hope that the tenant does not have any other issues with Progress Residential and that the "service" she is receiving significantly improves.

  Shawn came by to take care of a few work orders I submitted, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He worked quickly and did a great job. I hope he’s the one sent out for any future repairs.

  Shawn came out to our house in Gilbert AZ on Christmas night to fix a leak that had sprung up in our kitchen sink! He was so pleasant and really quick! He did a great job fixing the leak and was even so meticulous about cleanup that he was wiping down dirt marks that weren’t from him. We’ve dealt with several repairmen over the last few years renting from progress and he was definitely the best we’ve had. Hope he’s sent again if we need any future repairs.
