Day one/hour one I thought the place was pretty decent, but then the daily roach battles began, A/C couldn't be set to anything but 68 or it'd break apparently, water got turned off every other day for longer time frames than scheduled, and the kitchen cabinets had a smell that I could never get out. It was like sewer gas and wasabi. The ladies at the main desk are always helpful at least.

I’ve lived at Presidio North for almost three years, and overall it’s been a solid place to call home. The maintenance team is great. They usually show up by the next day, and they work hard to keep the buildings in good shape.
I want to give a special mention to Fernando. He’s always friendly and professional. Anytime I see him in the morning, he makes a point to say hello and ask how my day is going, which I really appreciate.
I also want to highlight Luna from the leasing office. She’s been very supportive and easy to work with whenever I’ve had questions or needed help.
Overall, I’ve had a good experience here and really appreciate the people who help keep everything running smoothly

I've lived here for almost 4 years now, the office staff and maintenance crew are always super friendly and helpful.
Filthy cockroach motel that smells and they charge 100s in extra fees every month so don’t be fooled by the cheap rent. My friend moved here and there are German cockroaches everywhere. Spraying does nothing. I lease you like living with cockroaches and other vermin don’t come here.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but renters deserve to know what they’re getting into. I moved out of this complex recently, and they’re trying to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace vinyl flooring that was ruined because the A/C leaked. The leak wasn’t caused by me, it was their system that failed. I even reported the issue, and instead of taking responsibility, they decided to make it my fault.
It’s really frustrating when a tenant does everything right, keeps the apartment clean, reports issues promptly, and still gets blamed for the property’s maintenance problems. The leasing office refuses to take accountability and is trying to make me pay for damage I didn’t cause.
If you’re considering moving here, be careful, document everything with photos and videos because they’ll find a way to make you pay for their own equipment failures.
