This apartment is supposed to be affordable housing however last I heard the rent starts at well over $1000 a month and the neighborhood it is located in is very bad. You will almost never have peace and quiet because there are people who drive up and down Aire Libre or in the surrounding neighborhood blasting loud music anywhere from 10pm-3am and then start up again at 6 in the morning, cars speeding down the street at 50mph and people shooting guns up into the air.
The real problems, that management does have control over and doesn't fix, however are the tenants. I hadn't even fully moved into this place when one of them let his aggressive dog run out of the apartment and charge at me, barking and growling. When I reported it, it didn't really get fixed because they kept letting the dogs out over and over after that and the management refuse to do anything without photo evidence and even then they probably still won't. I never go an apology or anything, just the owners of the dog laughing about what happened like it was funny and then later on cursing at me and racially harassing me by telling me to go back to Scottsdale (I'm not from Scottsdale). Management also did nothing about this.
This tenant is still there, still harassing other residents, parking over the lines, taking up two parking spaces, letting his dogs bark excessively and lunge at people, throwing empty beer cans on the ground (I've tried to attach photos but it won't let me). Nobody at CAM cares, not even corporate. They are also paying much less in rent than you will be, because they got in before the rent increases. This is they kind of person they want to rent to, so if that's not you, stay away from here and don't give these slumlords your money.
There were also other residents here who did the same thing with the roaming off leash dogs, and had many strange people coming and going all the time, and living in the apartment with them. The apartment is open to the street, which makes it very noisy and random homeless people and people who aren't residents of the apartment come through all the time. One of these people, who shouldn't even be living there because the apt he is constantly going into and coming out of late at night and early in the morning only has the one woman living there according to the management, yet he is there all the time, and called me a snitch. Again, management did nothing and this person continues to squat there and harass paying residents.
So if you want to be able to sleep peacefully and not be awakened by people who live on 25th and 26th street blasting loud music every night and harassed by the tenants here, do NOT move here!

3 stars because it could be worse. Let's see, main points 1. ROACH INVESTED you can spray you can lay traps etc you will still have roaches I bleach my kitchen daily and still have them my house is clean and they still invest my place. They don't give a crap an won't make it mandatory for the building to get sprayed though, so you're Sol. 2.ROSA the office lady who is in a relationship with the maintenance man who has a wife and children. You can often catch them doing anything but working which includes long disaperances to Rosa's apartment, long strolls on the golf cart and going in the office and locking the door. Rosa is LAZY you won't be able to catch her in the office unless you're lucky because she's never there she also never answers the phone so don't count on that either. So many broken things pool gate cameras that don't work so if someone messes with your stuff don't even bother asking to see the cameras, they're for looks. This chicks a piece of work but I can't go on it'll take all day. Overall its Hispanics every once in awhile they'll bump loud music until 1a.m but other than that its a quiet place. It's old and not up to date maintenance is no good Rosa sucks at her job and there's roaches galore and some ghetto questionable people on one side. Good luck glad I moved
