  The maintenance team is fantastic! Mathew serviced my blinds within an hour of request and they’ve been working perfectly for months now. PALMtower staff is amazing! 10/10

  Jocelynn was excellent as the tour guide, showing all the community amenities. Wow, what an amazing community and experience—so it was at the top of our list of options. Jocelynn is very patient and showed me more than three units, and ironically, the first one she showed was the best. Definitely recommend this community, and I look forward to being a part of everything this place has to offer!

  We had a great experience touring this apartment! The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, but what really stood out was how nice and welcoming the people at front desk were. Madi especially was really great! She was patient, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Definitely left with a really positive impression!

  This has been the final straw with this fake luxury building. I had high expectations for PALMTower as I am living on the very top floor. Upon moving in, everything was a disaster. From the hot tub not working, my closet being broken multiple times & other things broken in my room, maintenance and staff ignoring my requests, and even appliances in my room were not even set up. Not only that, they don't have any indicators for the Mail delivery carriers to know where the drop-off room is, so they regularly leave packages next to the front door, where people have stolen my packages & expensive things... quite sad. I have been here for less than half a month, and I have already had packages stolen. Just when I thought I might've gotten lucky getting away from a trashy crowd, it was the opposite. Trash disguised as luxury with broken amenities & a staff who is regularly annoyed with NORMAL requests and inconveniences. Upon moving in it took them over a week to finally call me to address my concerns, as if I didn't exist, or my concern could wait for a more convenient time for them. This is why I definitely won't be renewing my lease, and I have only been here for a month.
