  I've lived in the Phoenix area my whole life and can say I've been been thoroughly impressed with Palazzo Townhomes every time I am in the area and everything it offers to current and future residents in the area. The property is not only well-maintained, but also has a fresh, polished look that really stands out. One of the first things I noticed was the flooring — the vinyl throughout the homes looks modern and spotless, and the carpet on the two sets of townhouse stairs and bedrooms are in excellent condition, giving the interiors a clean, welcoming feel. Even in the fitness center, the new carpet that was recently installed looks fantastic and makes the whole space look clean, consistent and spacious— it’s small details, but it really elevates the whole space and shows how much care goes into keeping the community looking its best. The pool area is another highlight — beautifully designed, peaceful, and a great spot to relax or spend time with friends. The community itself is tucked into a great location in Scottsdale, offering both convenience and charm. Every interaction I’ve had with the entire staff (managers, leasing agents, maintenance, and even the roving managers) has been positive — they’re consistently friendly, helpful, and really seem to care about residents’ experience. I also appreciate how close it is to Sky Harbor Airport and the pet-friendly atmosphere they have created. Overall, Palazzo Townhomes is a place I’d absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-cared-for home in Phoenix.

  This is an excellent place to call home. The floor plans are all very spacious and come with attached two car garages. Also, the are close to everything and have the best amenities!

  Gelu Italian Ice has had the pleasure of working with Palazzo Townhomes on multiple occasions, and every experience has been excellent. The community events are always well-organized, and everything runs smoothly and professionally. A special thank you to Clodina Correa, the community manager, who is absolutely amazing to work with. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and welcoming approach make every event a great experience for both vendors and residents. We truly appreciate the partnership and look forward to continuing to serve the Palazzo Townhomes community in the future!

  We have lived here for over 2 years and have never had a problem with management. Whenever something needs fixing it is always done within a reasonable time. I love all of the amenities that the property has to offer and are very happy living here!
