The location, spacious floor plans, 2 car carage, fitness center, and pool area were top notch and we couldn't recommend Noveilla Biltmore more. Dustin Parrish is professional, tentative, and a great community manager!

- SMShelby MosbyMay 30, 20251.0Unit 7 had rats in the toilet. The very first night living here at 34 weeks pregnant, my mom was touched by a rat in the toilet. There was no way I was living here. Erica called pest control like it was a normal occurrence. We did not get our money back after moving to a new property. There was no urgency at all. I truly am considering suing. I would NEVER recommend living here. The layout is also not baby/kid friendly. You can’t bring furniture up the stairs either. The actual vibe of the unit is not it. Proceed with caution.

Unique with the loft area open to the rest of the space downstairs too. Definitely a luxurious feel with everything being new and updated. The new Mark Taylor team was also really friendly and helpful answering all my questions.
