  Novella is a good place to live. Most importantly, the townhomes are spacious and in a great area. They also feel like solid value for money. Those were two huge reasons I chose to live here, and I have been happy to be a resident. The main thing I would caveat with is that management here is not good. It's very difficult to get in touch with people, and fixes to problems (whether maintenance or an office matter, like a lease question) take a long time to resolve. Think weeks or even months for some maintenance issues, and straight up never hearing back from management is common. Also, each unit is slightly different in terms of condition, fit, and finish. Ours for example was in much worse shape than the one we toured, so if you can get a look at the actual unit you're interested in before signing. I still think 4 stars is fair just because when things are "good", it's great to live here. Modern, spacious townhomes in such an awesome area is hard to beat. But, there is some downside risk or chance that something will go wrong, and be a pain to get resolved.

  The layout and location is amazing. The management is awful. We moved in 2 months ago and can’t get any maintenance or management support. We’ve had request pending since the day we moved in and can’t get any support. I’m learning these big property management firms don’t care about the tenants.

  We love it here. Erica and Omar have great customer service and very responsive and helpful to all requests and needs.
