  Novella is a good place to live. Most importantly, the townhomes are spacious and in a great area. They also feel like solid value for money. Those were two huge reasons I chose to live here, and I have been happy to be a resident. The main thing I would caveat with is that management here is not good. It's very difficult to get in touch with people, and fixes to problems (whether maintenance or an office matter, like a lease question) take a long time to resolve. Think weeks or even months for some maintenance issues, and straight up never hearing back from management is common. Also, each unit is slightly different in terms of condition, fit, and finish. Ours for example was in much worse shape than the one we toured, so if you can get a look at the actual unit you're interested in before signing. I still think 4 stars is fair just because when things are "good", it's great to live here. Modern, spacious townhomes in such an awesome area is hard to beat. But, there is some downside risk or chance that something will go wrong, and be a pain to get resolved.

  The layout and location is amazing. The management is awful. We moved in 2 months ago and can’t get any maintenance or management support. We’ve had request pending since the day we moved in and can’t get any support. I’m learning these big property management firms don’t care about the tenants.

  I’m going on month 4 of living at Novella, so thought now was an applicable time to share my thoughts around the community. Having moved from an apartment nearby, Novella always caught our eye when driving by and walking through Arcadia. Ended up moving here very last minute, and the entire move in process was a positive experience. The property itself is amazing, and unlike any other housing we’ve seen in the Arcadia area - you can’t beat the location! The layout and finishes of the townhomes are amazing, and the pool/grill area is great too. Chris and Lexi in the leasing office have been so accommodating and helpful with anything and everything that is brought to them. Same goes for Rich on the maintenance team! If you’re looking for a new place in the Arcadia area that isn’t your typical “AZ style apartment” then I highly recommend you check out Novella... You won’t be disappointed!
