  Aiden has been incredibly helpful from the initial tour through move-in and beyond, and Chris consistently goes above and beyond, is responsive and genuinely cares- his efforts do not go unnoticed. I recommend asking for one of them if you are interested in leasing. The community has great amenities and the mail/package system is impressive. There could be some improvements to gate security as they never close and reducing after-hours noise in outdoor areas.

  I submitted rental application on Nov, after application approved, the monthly rent increased by 200$ each month, now it’s so most Jan, I still didn’t get my original price lease yet. Every time I went to their office, they told me wait and can’t give me any approximate time. I can not believe that after all the emails and go to offices for 4/5 times and 2 months later, the only thing I get is wait. Do not come to this APT if u don’t want to waste your time. Either their training is bad or their management process sucks.

  Our experience at Lumara in Phoenix has been nothing short of amazing—from start to finish it was a 10/10. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home from the very first visit. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. The community itself is beautiful and well maintained, with top-tier amenities that really elevate everyday living. The amenities are thoughtfully designed, modern, and create a resort-style feel that makes coming home something to look forward to. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything clean, organized, and resident-focused. Overall, the customer service at Lumara is outstanding, and the sense of care and professionalism from the staff truly sets this community apart. We couldn’t be happier with our decision and highly recommend Lumara to anyone looking for a high-quality apartment community in Phoenix.

  Maintenance is usually responsive, and the office staff is professional. The grounds and pool are well maintained, and package lockers work reliably. The main downsides are thin walls and frequent noise from neighbors and the pool area at night. Cleanliness in shared spaces like the gym and community bathrooms is inconsistent. There have also been occasional hot water issues in my apartment, and security could be better, as gates and entrance doors are often left open.

  I really enjoy living at Lumara Apartments! The community is clean, comfortable, and feels like home. Everyone here is so nice and helpful, especially Amanda. She always goes above and beyond and truly makes the experience even better. Highly recommend Lumara to anyone looking for a great place to live!
