  When I first moved in, there were a few maintenance issues, but they were handled fairly quickly, which I appreciated. The main issue has been noise. The walls seem very thin. I can hear full conversations from neighboring units, along with frequent stomping and late-night yelling. I’ve been woken up more than once because of it. I understand that apartment living comes with some level of noise, but this has been more than I’ve experienced elsewhere. If you value quiet, that’s something to keep in mind. Parking has also been frustrating. I pay monthly for a covered spot, but there have been several times when none were available and I had to park elsewhere. If residents are paying extra, availability should be consistent. It’s difficult to justify the added cost when access isn’t reliable. There are positives here, but the noise and parking issues have definitely impacted my experience.

  Update!! I’ve been here at Lumara going on 3 months now! Though the amenities are great & the staff is wonderful, I ran into a few problems. Most of them, the staff handled quick which I loved. The only reason I may reconsider renewing my lease here is an ongoing problem with the noise. Having a combo of your neighbors stomping, deciding to rearrange their apartment or pet having the zoomies at 2 am is not a great feeling especially trying to get sleep. Before renting, that was my main concern & Mishna stated if I had any issues to let the staff know immediately. Sadly, after making the staff aware I am still having the same problems. I am a logical resident so I am aware I will hear noise at times (that’s what comes with apartment living) but you would think that others would be as considerate as you. Seems like there’s a few noise concerns here at Lumara.

  Shoutout to Chris, the amazing Assistant Manager! Amanda, Aiden, and Mishna are true rockstars. They show up every day with the biggest smiles and always make us feel genuinely welcomed—like family. After a long day at work, it’s such a joy to come home and enjoy the beautiful amenities Lumara offers. We truly feel cared for and appreciated. Residents even get to enjoy free Yoga and HIIT classes on the weekends, and management hosts the most thoughtful and fun monthly events—like wreath making, s’mores and wine nights, cooking classes, and football and wings, just to name a few! They’ve even thrown several welcome parties for residents—things they don’t have to do, but choose to do because they genuinely go out of their way to take care of everyone who calls Lumara home.

  We moved into the community about three months ago, and our move-in experience was smooth and well managed. While adjusting to the community, we did have a few questions and concerns around day-to-day processes like keyless entry and package handling. Chris, the Assistant Manager, was incredibly helpful throughout this time. He was responsive, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen and assist us. His support made a big difference and reminded us why we chose this community in the first place. Chris’s professionalism and willingness to help truly stand out, and we appreciate having someone so reliable and resident-focused on the management team.

  Lumara is truly next-level. From the moment you walk in, the design is moody in the best way, elevated, intentional, and seriously stunning. The finishes in the units are top tier: soft-close cabinets (yes, it matters), great flooring, and that clean, luxury feel that makes everything look and feel expensive. The amenities absolutely stand out. The pool and spa area is unreal, and you can tell Toll Brothers did what they do best: nailed every granular detail. The common spaces are beautifully designed, super luxe, and feel more like a boutique hotel than an apartment community. The carpeted hallways are such an underrated touch too, it keeps everything quieter and feels way more upscale. Also… the fitness studio is HUGE, like legitimately better than most gyms. And the dog park is perfect for our babies (major win). I also love having a first-level garage, it makes day-to-day life so much easier and just adds to that luxury convenience factor. I’m genuinely so pleased living here. On top of all that, the staff is kind, cool, and makes the experience even better. Amanda, the community manager, runs an incredible ship, professional, welcoming, and always on top of everything. Lumara doesn’t miss. Highly recommend.
