  Don't let the pool area fool you. This place is full of more rules than it than a jail. They will tow your vehicle for the slightest infraction. Bought a brand new car. Took it to the office to tell them need a new sticker. They said that it was not capable of a new sticker until proof of insurance and registration. How do you bring your brand new car home and get all that stuff lined up in order to park your car there? My car was towed in the office at Las colinas apartments could care less. They stuck to their grounds. That corporate says this and if the sticker isn't in the right proper spot at the time of 4:30 in the morning when they pull through the tow vehicles or what hours they show up, they tow it at ridiculous rates and they don't tow them correctly. Brand new car was drug out of the parking spot. This place will make you a criminal if you're not one yet. I'm writing this as I did live here but left. My girl friend still lives there and it was here 2026 brand new car (4 days old with 118 miles on it) that they aggressively pulled the car out of it's assigned parking spot. After she tried to get the sticker from management. You will not be treated as a customer. Tow company (Kwik tow) and Los Collinas have no respect toward the residents here. I leave with this. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

  I am a former tenant and i enjoyed my stay here. Management and maintenance was very professional and nice. Every concern I had, they acknowledged and addressed it. Even when i screwed up, they handled it with grace. Unfortunately, i had to move out of town and forfeit on my lease; however, I regret leaving these apartment complex. If I ever move back to AZ, I will beg for another chance to live in the complex again. I loved my apartment :)

  This apartment complex has exceeded any expectations I’ve had of it. The amenities are superb as well as how organized and friendly everyone is. I highly recommend to anyone considering moving here!

  If you like having guest over I wouldn't recommend this place! Once the leasing office is closed they allow the tow company to tow any guest vehicles that don't have a parking permit. They will lie to you on the phone that their is a parking permit that is available to print out on the resident portal, so that you can use it if you don't receive a SIGNED parking permit before the leasing office is closed. I tried to get them to confirm that the unsigned parking permit would be valid via email, so my family member wouldn't get towed in the future, but unfortunately they didn't respond to me ever! They have made having guest over to my apartment a HUGE hassle as they expect my guest to park ALL the way at the front of the complex next to the leasing office once it is 6pm and only to 7:30am. NOTE: you are only allowed TWO parking permits per month, so use them wisely! At this point it just shows the leasing company is obtaining some kind of kickback from the towing company as I watch vehicles being towed almost every night. Photo below is a car getting towed at 7pm one hour after the leasing office was closed...

  The facilities they have are nice, a great pool and work out area. They even have a business center where I asked for air conditioning to be fixed one day and they took care of it by the next day.
