He knows Ahwatukee like the back of his hand and he has lived here for years so he is able to find exactly what you're looking for to meet your Family's needs. He's always available in person, via phone call, or text. He is very attentive to his client's needs. He helped us buy and sell two homes both times in a very tough and competitive market. We could not be happier with his service!! We highly recommend Kevin.👏👏

  Kevin helped me sell my home in Ahwatukee and purchase my new home in Chandler. There is a reason he is a top selling agent. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He makes negotiating easy and always answers my call! A family member referred him to me and I'm glad they did. Best realtor I have worked with, by far!

There is a reason Kevin is the #1 agent in Ahwatukee, yet he treats me like I'm his only client. He really makes the entire process much easier and less stressful.   I’ve worked with Kevin to buy and then sell my home in Ahwatukee. I was impressed from the very beginning. He was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
