  I’ve been at Ironwood for about 6 months now and my fiance and I have had a great experience here. The property is very well maintained and safe. Heidi is awesome! Along with the rest of the management team! Any maintenance tickets are responded to promptly and taken care of. Lots of shopping nearby that addresses most needs as well.

  The apartment complex is beautiful and well maintained, with excellent amenities. From my first interaction, Heidi was consistently helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the leasing process.

  Been living here for a few months and everything’s been great! Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to any work orders and all the amenities are as displayed.

  Great place to live. The area, community is close to lots of convenient shopping places. Shoutout to the maintenance crew- they are reliable and efficient in their work. Front staff is always welcoming and friendly.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Been living at Ironwood for about two years now and have been in 2 different units with a TERRIBLE cricket infestation. If you’re wanting to have crickets as your roommates COME TO IRONWOOD! You literally cannot escape them. All over the walls In the vents Echoing in the night Not to mention, the CONSTANT policing and coaching on how to live in this dystopia (looks organized or controlled on the surface but is actually full of suffering, oppression, or injustice — often under the rule of a corrupt, harsh leader, or failed system.) landlord is a literal dictator who only cares about making money and making this community 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Non stop emails regarding how we should be living in our apartments we rent and relentless “inspections” of their units but I’ve been living in filth. Only two dumpsters for the entire community which are consistently overflowing of filth and trash, the poor maintanence crew having to clean up because they refuse to put more dumps around when it’s extremely necessary. They have terrible leaky air conditioning units that have been ruining carpets within my unit causing a horrible underlying mildew stench and seeping up from the cheap grey vinyl. Trust me when I tell you DONT MOVE IN HERE. The photos hopefully do enough story telling. If you want to be constantly harassed via Email and the complex not upholding any standards for maintenance ironwood is the place to be. **EDIT TO REPLY TO MANAGEMENT*** Countless work orders were placed regarding all issues within the units and all issues still persisted. Then I was billed for “deep” cleaning upon leaving your units because you want to ensure to screw your tenants and get the final say. Well the proof is in the photos. I feel sorry for the poor people who moved in after me.
