- LSLonnie StoutNov 11, 20252.0Quite place to live but they are getting outrageous with their lot rent. Nearly 600 dollars for a piece of dirt, a swimming pool and a playground. You have to take care of everything else. 1 bedroom apartments are going for 750. In nicer areas then this industrial area. Where you live between a refinery and a sewage plant. So when the wind blows for the north or south, you can smell which way its coming from. And they fix any issues. And you don't have to mow.
