  I've lived in this complex for 3 years now, and for the most part it's been pretty good. The area around here is nice and the community is quiet for the most part, with of course the occasional noisy party neighbors but that's expected almost anywhere. The reason I'm giving this a 3 star rating now is mainly because of the maintenance service. Both the community and the apartment maintenance. I send in work orders and they get marked as "completed" eventhough they either didn't take care of it or did a shotty job. That's after I've been waiting for a bit for it to be completed. For the price I pay here it seems to me things should be taken care of immediately. Definitely a major area of opportunity!

  I really enjoy living at Inhabit. I moved here for the location and the close proximity to my job. It’s conveniently located near shops and restaurants within walking distance. Leland is so professional and addresses issues within the community promptly and with friendliness. Anytime I’ve had issues in my unit Ray has always gone aboard beyond to fix them quickly. It’s a nice quiet community and everyone here is nice and respectful and looks out for each other.

  Price is decent location is good… weekends get hectic (Bars) but all in all you sign up for it beforehand. Nice Quite Neighbors, pretty safe for an apartment complex w/o a gate. Which I wish they had just for extra measure. Inside the apartment are clean and the maintenance Guy -Ray- coolest man ever and always on top of his stuff. Good staff. The only negative thing I have to say is the parking. They recently implemented new rules for the parking but they need to enforce it outsiders (non- residents) take up the spots on weekends most of the time we’ll at least the good ones (close to your apartment not in BFE) . Again all in all trust me you’ll like it.
