The quick response was great but after looking at the washed cement entry way between apartments it could have been done better and left cleaner. There was dirt left at both exits with dirt and debris from spraying the area but it wasn't sprayed all the way off the floor and left in front of the stairs on both sides, I ended up sweeping it away myself to look cleaner.

If I could rate lower I would. Genuinely the worst place to be and the worst property management to experience, too many reasons why so I’ll keep it short and sweet. My boyfriend and I haven’t been here for no more than a month and a half and we’re truly dreading the year we have left. Not only were we literally catfished with the apartment we were assigned but we have had nothing but issues since with the ran down unit we got, and the icing on the cake is the lack of respect we now have for the property management due to lack of consideration and support we’ve received after expressing our concerns. We’re in our early 20’s and new to the city, this experience has been hell to say the least. Biggest and most genuine advice is to keep looking, I promise there are better options worth your time DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS COMPLEX you’d be doing yourself a disservice. For better context, I have never went out of my way to write a review. Nothing has ever made me want to write a review more than this place. Hope my review is pinned smh, no one deserves this experience.

People with dogs don't clean up their shit. Nothing has changed since I've moved in 5 years ago. There should be a designated spot or area for shit like that. Dog owners should NOT have free range to have their dogs to shit anywhere they want. 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

I’ve had a leak for a while. I understand it’s a difficult leak to determine where it came from. Today maintenance finally cut into the wall in my closet. The carpet was soaking wet and there is visible mold. My dad and brother are contractors, so I know what appropriate steps should be taken. I requested the wet carpet to be removed and a good margin of the wall and baseboard be removed for the safety of the apartment itself and my health. Instead there was just a fan pointed at the top of a small portion of the carpet and some simple mold spray used. I pulled up the carpet myself so the fan could hit under one small part. This will not help with the moisture under the whole area of carpet that is affected and the concrete. The wall and baseboard is clearly wet, so that should have been removed also, instead of patched and painted over. A few hours after maintenance left, the leak was worse than before. I reported the leak again and was told it was an emergency. When I got a hold of the after hours maintenance he said they would be at my apartment after 9am tomorrow. My concern is that this will still be half assed fixed and not properly. I have not asked for a lot. Just asking that it is properly and thoroughly fixed and not just a bandaid.

We rent here, so you don't have to. PLEASE heed our review and DO NOT rent here! - you WILL experience roaches. our unit has been sprayed and sealed and yet nothing actually effective has happened. Management does not care. We've worked with Ashley numerous times and she shows a very low amount of care and has not actually resolved any of our issues. - speaking of Ashley not caring, we experienced a package theft. Her response was pretty much "that sucks, come file a report". No effective solutions. They supposedly have cameras around the property but they have not offered any solutions as to who committed the theft. - when doing your leasing tour, BE SURE TO ASK HOW MANY TIMES THE WATER HAS BEEN SHUT OFF IN THE PAST YEAR. The correct number is 6 times. Never in my life have I had to plan around a water shutoff before coming here. All this is due to "city issues". OK sure yeah. - the parking situation is a disaster. First, the lot is covered in potholes. They send very last minute emails about "you need to move your car tonight because we're doing xyz project tomorrow or else we'll tow you". Sure they can do that, but I imagine they knew about the project for a while and could have further warned residents. Fortunately we've never been towed but I imagine it's a pain for many residents and families. Also, they started a resurfacing project but only did one section out of six so far. It's been delayed for a month. Just goes to show how much Ashley, Janet, and gang care about their complex and residents. - they conducted a fraudulent review raffle. They provided a prize for people who left a 5 star review between 11/18/25-11/26/25. This is a violation of FTC practices, an award or raffle entry cannot be given in exchange for a 5 star review. Just goes to show you how desperate this complex is to boost their Google ranking. - the complex is not at all ADA accessible. When using our stroller, we have to pick it up over curbs as there are possibly 2 ramps in the entire complex. Again, just shows how little they care. The complex is essentially completely unusable if you are a wheelchair user. In conclusion, they do offer affordable rent but with all the problems we've experienced and management that does not care about you, you're better suited to find a nicer apartment complex for you and your family.
