  Estoy feliz de vivir aquí, me mudé hace pocos meses y a la verdad no he tenido problemas en nada me encanta mi apartamento y se ajusta perfectamente a mi estilo de vida. Gracias Granite Bay por abrirme sus puertas.

  Llevo rentando 3 años en este lugar y me siento muy a gusto ya que sus áreas están todas limpias y la oficina se encarga de atender en tiempo y forma alguna reparación que el apartamento necesite De igual manera la atención de las muchachas que están en la oficina es excelente al igual de la managger Janet franco excelente persona 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Todos hacen un buen equipo🎉🎉 Recomiendo mucho este lugar!!🎊🎉🎊🎉

  ⭐ Pros: • Communicative leasing office • Large complex with nice amenities (pools, soccer field, basketball courts) • Spacious apartment with good storage and balcony • Affordable rent (~$1,000/1br) ❌ Cons: • Outdated kitchen with peeling cabinets, mildew smell, and recurring pest issues (roaches & even a scorpion) • Bathtub floor started cracking within days of move-in • Laundry machine smells of mold with visible buildup on the drum • Toilet has mold inside the bowl and around the water outlet area • AC unit and bathroom fan are abnormally loud and disruptive • No clear path from parking lot, making move-in difficult • People sleeping under the stairs late at night (safety concern) • Abnormally frequent police presence Overall: The cons heavily outweigh the pros. I’m grateful for my short-term lease & I cannot wait to move out!!

  DO NOT RENT THERE! My experience at granite bay was terrible. The property manager named Janet, tried to force me to pay for another persons apt. I was late on rent, however not outside of the rental terms. During the conversation regarding payment and with a check ready to give to her including late fees, she insisted that I pay for another persons apt. I asked why, however she sat there staring at her computer trying to play it off as if she was not talking to me because of the camera placement inside of the office. She was talking to me and tried to force money out of my pocket. It was an arresting experience; her trying to extort money from me. Do not rent from granite bay as a market rate paying tenant. I was happy to be approved for an apt, however not happy being extorted. This ended my Phoenix, AZ residence. Janet was not wearing headphones. She was being sneaky and malicious. Hopefully Janet has been fired since 2022. How many other people with a few Pennie’s in their pocket have suffered from an attempted extortion by Janet, the Granite Bay property manager? Janet should be arrested.
