  Had A Great experience looking at the apartment I want to move in soon. Ariana helped me offering a great service answering all my questions and making the process so much easier for me. Can’t wait to move in!

  Shout out to ALEX in the leasing office! Every time I call SHE makes it her mission to answer any questions, if you she is unsure she will direct you in the correct path. She is very knowledgeable, always greets with a smile, hears all out complaints with a positive attitude. I appreciate all that you do for not only myself but for the community.

  The staff at Granite Bay have been very efficient with their responses. They've been very patient and a pleasure to work with, I've enjoyed emailing Khalil he's funny, clear, and concise with what he needs, you can tell the entire staff do their best!!

  We lived here for about 10 months and i’ll give you a rundown my review is a couple months delayed since we moved out of state but here it is: 🪳Didn’t see a single roach or scorpion while living here, we lived on the south side in S202 right by the pool and so perfect we loved it and our neighbors kept to themselves and were kind when running into one another. 🔧 Maintenance was ALWAYS fast and reliable all of them were very nice their always busy and doing their jobs you can see them riding their golf-carts or walking around all day requests were done same day or next day always . 🚚 Keep an eye on packages they will get wrongly delivered to nearby apartments front doors/porchs had to walk to neighboring buildings to give my neighbors their packages OUR ISSUE began towards the end of our lease i will say Janet, Arianna, and Alex were LIFE SAVERS we could not stay another year in arizona and Ashley and Khalil were trying so hard to force it on us because we signed the renewal two months early (because of the offers they gave if we renewed by a certain time) not realizing we’d change our minds soon after when we ran into personal issues. Khalil was only nice to new potential residents and Ashley had the most disgusting attitude towards my partner when he’d go ask questions ex: he called her to check if they had gotten maintenance to be able to get the paint we needed yet since it had been since like 8am it was now almost closing time she responds “ did you receive a call from us” he goes “no.. but its been all day we hadn’t heard anything” and she says back “ well then no we didn’t…..we’ll call you when we do” hangs up. ( we never got the paint ) - by that point we would just walk past khalil to go talk directly to Arianna and Alex even had to learn which car was Whos to prevent seeing Khalil or Ashley thats how beyond annoyed we were to be fair, Khalil at the time was a new employee so i won’t say much but due to our frustrations we very much preferred Arianna and Alex - Upon move out we cleaned and emptied everything still charged a cleaning fee though and some “damages” make sure you write everything down right my partner wrote in the move in inspection that the tub was “stained” but didn’t realize it was actually the paint coming off the tub needing resurfacing.We got a lot of our deposit back though. - ✔️ My final take is if you wanna roll the dice with them do it, their nice good prices in beautiful Arizona. I’d recommend staying on the south side though its kept up very nicely the amenities are great its been a couple months since we lived there but everything was great when we left (August 2025). We do genuinely miss our old apartment
