SHE IS WILLING TO RISK THE LIVES OF HER TENANTS BECAUSE SHE IS “TOO BUSY.” The manager is confrontational and unhelpful. I asked her to help me confirm vacancies for the census, so I could avoid bothering the tenants and to minimize contact to avoid any potential COVID infection spreading. It also helps to reduce tax dollars spent on my salary. She refused and then spent 5 minutes telling me all of the reasons why she was too busy to help me, the amount of time I was asking for! One resident sneezed on me and I continued to go door to door. Did I spread infection? We won’t know until after I have contact with hundreds more people. This possibility could have been avoided, if the apartment manager had been even the slightest bit helpful.
