  I was called two weeks before my requirement to give notice to vacate. On that call I was asked if I'd like to renew, I told them no and to take this as notice. I was not told on that call I had to go to the office to provide written notice. As a result, I was a day "late" and will owe an extra $60 when my lease ends. Do keep in mind, I've never been late on rent or have had any issues on my record. Outside of that, this complex decided to remodel the poor in the middle of summer which was great to miss pool access at the prime time of the year. Great location, terrible service and amenities. Grounds crew is amazing though!
