    Mariah is an exceptional person and is one of the main reasons I chose Domus over many other communities in the area. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained things clearly, and actually remembered my pain points, offering the value of the property as a solution. This was a stress free decision for me, which is rare and so appreciated. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people of this community. What an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

    After leaving this apartment spotless, I was charged a drastic $1400 fee when I decided to not renew my lease. They advised me that I had to give my notice of move out by 1/15 on their email when they sent over my renewed lease price so I declined. Not only was the info inaccurate, but now I am forced to pay this fee! Insane! Glad I moved out and realistically the place itself isn't great. You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors to the ones next door. People suck at cleaning up after their pets so it constantly smells. Appliances and flooring are cheap and during the summer the apartments are unbearably hot. For Arcadia there's many other greater options that won't try to scam you out of your money.

    From the very first tour months ago, Mariah has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions and immediately made us feel comfortable and excited about the community. Leading up to our move-in, she handled dozens of calls and requests from us with nothing but positivity—always helpful, never once making us feel like an inconvenience. Now that we’ve moved in, she continues to greet everyone with a smile and is constantly working hard to make sure residents are taken care of. She is genuinely sweet, approachable, and clearly takes pride in what she does. Mariah is a huge reason we chose to live here, and we are so grateful for her support throughout the entire process.

    If you like being price gouged and hearing what TV show your neighbor is watching then this is your place! The noise levels and lack of insulation is definitely one of the worse apartments I have been in. Not a deal breaker, but definitely can become a small annoyance. The real issue is Mark Taylor and their pricing. The business model that they use is get you in the apartment and then jack up rates by 10-15% because most people don't like moving. Then when you decline to stay, they will post your apartment days later for 6% LESS than you initially paid (which ironically, follows what my offer should have been due to the rental market cooling). So that is who you are giving money too if you choose to live here. People that will squeeze you for every penny your worth and then list the apartment at a fair price to get it filled when it is vacant. All of this is really unfortunate because the building and then front office are good. Edit: it's been 42 days and I still don't have a returned deposit nor have I had ANY communication from an actual person about when the check is sent, what they deducted etc. I had to reach out only to be told to wait another week before another check will be sent.
