  I wish I could leave a better review. I lived in this community for just over 2 years and loved the property. The unit would have been great if it weren’t for the insane amount of pests I got each year when it’s warm out (80% of the year). When I reached out for pest control, the issues persisted and gaps in my unit were stuffed with dryer sheets instead of being patched thoroughly. I constantly dealt with crickets, roaches, scorpions, centipedes, and spiders (including black widows). When I moved out, they took 75% of my security deposit and said it was because I didn’t provide an invoice for professional cleaning and carpet cleaning even though it was not stated ANYWHERE in the lease and the unit was spotless upon move out (photos included). They also falsely charged me for renters insurance even though I had private insurance. Then when I contacted them about these issues on my move out ledger, the “manager” Yalin ignored my emails and then after continuing to follow up she just gave excuses as to why they weren’t responding and why these charges can’t be refunded to me even though they are fraudulent. It’s now been a month and a half and no responses have been received on the status of the additional monies owed to me. Management changed after I signed my initial lease and now I would not recommend this community unless you would like money stolen from you and less than satisfactory service from the leasing office.

  Beautiful apartments. Kept up really nice and clean. Very green and nice. Office staff and maintenance is very friendly. I am very happy here! No complaints…

  My overall experience with Crestone has been extremely positive. I fell in love with the amenities, the size of the apartment and the location. The leasing process was easy and the move in was really smooth. I can only say good things of my experience so far.

  I this is a great place to live, I have loved living here. It’s a wonderful community. The staff is very kind and helpful. The property is going through renovations so it’s looking better and better each day!!
