  I just moved here and I must say the staff , Olga and Randi to be exact, are wonderful, caring individuals that will do everything in their power to make sure you and your family get into a place to call your home. Even with troubling factors as past evictions or poor credit these ladies handle everything with grace. The units are spacious and any issues are taken care of promptly. Now for the location of the property it’s perfect walking distance from a plethora of major stores, parks and the ymca is right down the street. This property is perfect for families as the other residents ,with families especially, are very friendly. Thank you for letting my family call Connect on Missouri our new home.

  Llegué a este lugar terminando el verano entonces no hubo tanto tiempo de calor pero desde que inició el verano este año ha sido la peor experiencia que pude haber tenido! Los aires acondicionados no sirven para nada! Podrías tenerlos todo el día encendido y no enfría absolutamente nada, leyendo comentarios dicen que están trabajando para solucionar, pero la solución habrá sido solo para las oficinas que es el único lugar donde funcionan. Las piscinas en muy malas condiciones! Chinches en los apartamentos debido a las alfombras o por no fumigar! No recomiendo este lugar!

  As an ice cream vendor, I was called out to the Connect Missouri complex because of an emergency situation due to the A/C being out in their units. I was hesitant because of the extreme heat but was informed I would be serving around 200 people. I rushed to load up and get to their complex despite having other plans. During the first 30 minutes I only had seven guests which meant basically I was sitting in the direct sunlight with my generator running doing nothing. Unfortunately, I made the decision to leave the site, by necessity, to cut costs and to keep the ice cream from getting soft. What a waste of time. I would greatly encourage any vendors to think twice before working with the people of Connect unless you enjoy working for free. Another prime example of nice guys finish last.

  I am sorry I hate to this come to a point as a resident who been here for 9+yrs this is the first time that this has ever taken this long with out AC an i know this happen every year but not this long an this time off an on this way beyond .us resident suffer in the heat while the owner an other in AC do they think about reimbursing us with water or AC. Deduct next month rent we are the one suffering

  Hate that it's come to this point but I do think others should be aware. I live in a 3bdrm apartment here with my family and we only have one ceiling fan that came with the apartment and that is in the living room. The past week the air has not worked a single day. I've had to go out and buy fans ranging from $20-$45 so we currently have about 7 in the household. I have 5 kids so we try to live as comfortable as possible. I work from home so I cannot leave and go to work, this is my work. Now imagine being in a hot box for 8+ hours having to work in the worst possible heat. They know the air does not work and they are also not offering any solutions. Rent still has to be paid. This is completely unacceptable for any company, yet alone in place that you reside. To know that there is a problem but the only solution is saying that we are working on it is not good enough. This happens every summer you would think they would be better prepared. Definitely not renewing since they've made no attempts at offering anything off the rent and I'm constantly spending more money than I need on a situation I have no control over. Heed this warning! Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to!!! Nothing gets done when it's supposed to since they FIRED maintenance when the company switched over, and this heat is giving me a headache. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
