As a property manager myself, I immediately recognized that he violated at least two Fair Housing rules on the spot. When we asked about the previous leasing agent we had been working with—because we’ve been waiting for a specific unit—he responded with, “She’s not here because no one can do my job better than me.” When my husband mentioned that we were told no second-floor units were available, Devin said, “Well, I’m not going to get you guys in regardless.” This type of comment is a blatant Fair Housing violation and absolutely unacceptable. He also had copies of other people’s IDs and documents lying openly on a desk where anyone walking in could see them. He took copies of our IDs as well but handled them with zero professionalism or confidentiality, which is a huge privacy and security concern. He showed us two apartments, one of which wasn’t even put together, and throughout the tour he was rude, dismissive, and communicated poorly. The apartments themselves are cute, but his attitude completely ruined the experience. To make matters worse, when I went back to pick up our paperwork, he had already marked “No” on it—basically deciding we’d be denied before anything was even submitted. My phone number, my husband’s ID, and all our personal information were left face-up on the table in plain sight. If this is how the office is run, we definitely won’t be applying. Completely unprofessional and a major red flag for anyone considering living here.

And no one told her anything about showings , appointments, or where things are. Why have a person in the office if they do not know anything. Was truly looking forward to viewing. I follow their procedure to the tea. They left me outside in the heat high temperatures no-show we all have to be careful of places being run like this. It’s no pleasure when you live at a complex and management is unorganized for me soon as I see this I turn and walk away.
