- AGAna GomezFeb 27, 20261.0If you are planning to move to this apartments Do NOT do it. You will regret, they are infested in ants, no parking spaces available, horrible horrible horrible management, good thing my lease is over and i moved out this month. New management is horrible worst than the last one, they do not take care of the ant problem at all, also lots of small animals like lizards come inside your home through the holes that are in the building. Everything in that place is bad dont let them fool you with the 10 weeks free or other “specials” they have going on. Honestly is not worth it, if you want to live infested in ants go ahead and go live there you will enjoy ants in your bed and in your kitchen even if you maintain everything clean. They live in the buildings if you go outside your home you will see ants all over the place. I tried everything to get rid of them but never could which is why i preferred break the lease with them.

Even though most of the scratches pre-existed our tenancy! Document everything!! I will be escalating this to the Arizona Attorney General!
- LLLexJan 27, 20265.0Avilla Magnolia is a beautiful property with a lovely pool, dog park and dog spa. The staff is attentive and responsive and they even have courtesy patrol at night to ensure the safety of their property and their residents. Check them out!
