I am writing to formally recognize and strongly commend Mr. Xiever H., a member of your maintenance team, for the exceptional level of service, professionalism, and dedication he consistently demonstrates to the residents of Avilla Deer Valley.
It is not often that someone’s work stands out enough to motivate a resident to write a letter like this, but Xiever H. is truly deserving of that recognition. Every interaction I have had with him has been marked by respect, professionalism, and an obvious commitment to doing his job the right way.
Most recently, I needed assistance with several issues in my home. Xiever H. replaced my fire alarm, changed the water filter in my refrigerator, and reset the circuit breaker after several electrical outlets stopped working. He handled each task efficiently and skillfully. What impressed me most was the care he took while completing the work. He approached each task methodically, ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving, and left the area spotless when the job was done.
Beyond his technical skills, Xiever H.’s attitude is what truly sets him apart. He is always respectful, courteous, and professional. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents he serves. His presence brings a level of confidence and comfort because you know the job will be done correctly and with care.
Employees like Xiever H. are incredibly valuable to any community. They represent the standard of excellence that residents hope for when they choose a place to live. His dedication, work ethic, and consistent professionalism contribute greatly to making Avilla Deer Valley a well-maintained, welcoming, and enjoyable community.
In my opinion, individuals who consistently go above and beyond their responsibilities deserve to be recognized and rewarded. Xiever H. is exactly that kind of employee. I sincerely believe he deserves strong recognition for his efforts, including a well-earned raise and formal acknowledgment for the outstanding work he does every day.

I moved across country with less than a months notice for work. I am very pleased with my choice in temporary housing.
Larry is the property manager and has been absolutely incredible. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and very clear on the expectations I would get from this place. I was very hesitant because what you see online is not always what you get. I was pleasantly surprised that when I walked into my apartment, I got exactly what I anticipated. It is spacious, clean, BIG private backyard. Perfect location for me wanting privacy but also wanting to be close enough to everything.
Some of my concerns were with the new environment. I was nervous about if this was a good location, scorpions, snakes, weather issues, etc. I also saw a lot of maintenance, pest and noise complaints from other people online. Larry assured me, that was all in the past and he has made significant changes to make Avilla Deer Valley a comfortable place to live. So far so good!
With me driving here I also had some technical issues that he was able to help with and made the move in process painless. Not to mention I arrived on a holiday and the bank was closed. Which I didn't even consider. He was able to help is get the Ubox close to our location for easy moving and he was able to accept payment in a non standard way so I didn't have to get a hotel for the night.
I did not give 5 stars because there were some maintenance issues and missing items when I moved in with a big one being the router. I NEED internet for work so that caused some issues.
Again, Larry was again quick to fix this.
Some of the items that needed to be fixed were maintenance related and not urgent. I even told him it's no rush because I know how things go (i have been in the service industry for years) but he got a tech in here asap and fixed those also.
The maintenance, I don't recall his name, was also very friendly and completed these tasks quickly and efficiently.
So far, I am extremely happy with my new home. Thank you Larry and team!
Our move in experience started with some challenges, but what ultimately stood out was how responsive and persistent the leasing office (Larry T!) and maintenance team (Xavier H!) were once issues were identified.
The staff followed through, communicated clearly, and made sure concerns were addressed so we could feel comfortable in the space. That level of care and effort made a meaningful difference and helped turn things around for us.
We appreciate the professionalism and the time the team took to make things right, and so far things have been much smoother as we’ve settled in.

Maintenance has been outstanding. Any time I’ve had a request or an emergency, they respond right away. This past Tuesday, 01/13, I called in with a plumbing issue and Xavier H. came immediately. He stayed for long hours and even waited for the plumber to arrive, which I was truly grateful for. Xavier had also been here earlier that day fixing a few things around my apartment, and he did a great job. I truly appreciate everyone on the maintenance team, including Larry in the office. It’s comforting to know there are people there we can rely on.
