    I’ve lived here for two years and have had a great experience overall. The office staff is always friendly, and maintenance handles requests quickly. The community is clean and well-kept. Pros: Friendly staff, helpful email updates, fast maintenance, pet-friendly, 24-hour pool, and fun resident events. The only con is parking can be tricky if you have more than one vehicle or have guests visiting.

    Would never recommend avilla to anyone. 07/23, since asked the front staff was of no help with dealing with an illegal lockout and even stated their lawyers OK'd it. I was a tenant for 2 months and had a key to everything (Gate, unit, mailbox, pool, garage etc!) , even got rented my own garage space! I came home after a long day of work to the lock no longer working with no notice in the summer heat. Phoenix police even verified the tenant laws. Even then Avilla doubled down and stated I wasn't a tenant. It is not worth my time and sanity to take it to court. Unless you're alone on the lease don't bother. Even then it needs to be notarized by the state of Arizona for police to enforce anything civilly. Overpriced, no parking available and usually have to park outside of the gated complex. Traffic in the surrounding area is absolutely terrible with frequent accidents on 107th and Camelback. Phone system is awful you have to go into a resident portal to request a call because you're not worth their time otherwise. Pros- Maintenance, that's about it, those guys are awesome, prompt, and knowledgeable. Be aware.

    We have the maintenance!!! They are quick every time we call and somehow get things done the same day! Thank you guys, especially Alberto!! I also want to thank Adrianna. She's always so kind and always has a smile on her face. She is easy to get a hold of when we need anything and is quick to help with everything. Thank you Adrianna!
