- DMDevin MyersJan 5, 20261.0One of the main things I moved here for was the amenities and the jacuzzi has been broken for 3 months. Office staff tells you it’s working but it’s been ice cold for months now and it’s clearly not. Myself and multiple residents have complained but nothing has been done about it. Rent is too high here to not have functioning amenities.
- BObrandon OneillSep 3, 20251.0Renters be ware… these homes are build so fast that they miss important steps to make sure that all of the environmental elements stay OUTSIDE! We had a rain storm come through and our bathroom and closet and bedroom began to have water coming in from every vent in the ceiling. Along with the back door and front door. Poorly constructed homes. Only good thing about the community is the property staff but other than that it’s just another pig in lipstick. I wish they would let me post the videos of the water pouring in from the ceiling but all I can post is the paint filling with water and a picture of the water coming from the vent
