  Jacuzzi been out for MONTHS lady in the office says corporate doesn't want to pay to fix it. Security gates were open for days, side gate broken, water feature in pool off and table removed for pool area. They charge all the fees yet this place is going down and the lady in the office simply says I just work here. Emailed corporate did not get a email back. Beware if you pay all this fee money you won't get access to everything like Jacuzzi, side gate, picnic table etc.

  Avilla Broadway is a beautiful property with a luxurious pool and multiple courtyards. There is also a dedicated dog park and dog washing station. The amenities are clean and the staff is attentive and professional. They also have courtesy patrol at night to ensure the safety of the property and their residents. Make sure to check them out while you’re searching for your new rental home! Self guided tours are available from 8am to 8pm.

  One of the main things I moved here for was the amenities and the jacuzzi has been broken for 3 months. Office staff tells you it’s working but it’s been ice cold for months now and it’s clearly not. Myself and multiple residents have complained but nothing has been done about it. Rent is too high here to not have functioning amenities.

  Thanks to Issis, she helped me throughout the entire process and was always available to help me at all times. Avilla Broadway has the best staff, starting with their good customer service, the area is perfect since everything is very close and the view of the mountain. The place is very quiet and safe. I recommend it.
