Very patient and very friendly lady. She definitely went over and beyond to help me with getting into this apartment and I am forever grateful for her.

- EEElvinOct 12, 20251.0If you have any shroud of respect for yourself you will not rent here. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I typically rent places for at least 2 years but this place I am quickly leaving after 1. For starters, these are housing projects. The neighbors are terrible people. My car was vandalized multiple times by a crazy woman I parked next to. The office did nothing but call the woman who of course lies and denies any involvement. I have her on camera, and will be pursuing all legal action against them possible. I was called a racial slur by another neighbor. Another neighbor accused me of stealing her dog shortly after I moved in. They searched my apartment and everything! Yeah, my life was a living hell for a year. I witnessed neighbors smoking fent, marijuana, and drinking out in the open. The staff and most of the residents are the same nationality. Which brings about the question... how can everyone else be sure they are receiving fair and equitable treatment? Especially in cases of neighbor disputes like mine. How much is the complex overlooking in order to look out for their own? Moving here was such a mistake. It's a terrible feeling when you hate going home. This place has only been open a little over year and it is so filthy. I deeply regret moving here, and you will too.
