  julie winfield was RUDE on my few interactions with her. she handled communication unprofessionally & entered my unit WITHOUT MY PERMISSION then tried to use a loophole to cover her steps. made my move out process a hassle by not responding to emails properly even after follow up. the staff isnt very helpful or friendly either, no sense of urgency to help you when you need. don’t know how this place is getting any decent reviews, should be illegal to have an apartment complex with windows that don’t open which causes MOLD in the building. I reported mold in my apartment a couple times & all maintenance did was come and paint over it. it smells in the halls and homeless people are always sneaking in the front gate that’s always broken.

  Lived here just over 2.5 years. The place was great until the last 6 months. We had German cockroaches. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The complex did nothing to help the problem. They had someone “spray” for bugs multiple times. They also bug bombed it and it did nothing so they gave up. The manager told me they just hire the cheapest option to help bugs. I would be cautious living here. It’s a great spot but management does not care enough if you have issues with your place.

  The property manager, Julie, has been keeping this place together. She is always so kind and helpful and tries so hard to keep this apartment complex clean and safe. The residents are constantly breaking the security doors, the front gates, and trashing the pool. Julie should be given a raise with all the issues she's constantly battling.

  The WORSE management at this apartment complex! They portray that they wanna help you in anyway to get in an apartment, So that you pay all the deposits and then turn you down and refuse to give you anything back. When I called back to decline the offer, they mentioned my check would be in the mail going on a month now NO check and still no answers to where it’s at. This place is very flaky. I would never suggest it to anybody.

  Since Julie arrived to the management of the complex everything has been running smooth. Maintenance is great at responding fast and I really like living here just for the communication that I always get. Julie always try to approach a different way our concerns and solve them. Moving last week was an experience in every word and I don’t regret choosing it.
