- LVLesley ValdezFeb 6, 20261.0Don’t live here they’re constantly changing management and this month I guess they changed it again and in turn new management means no more online portal for the apartments? I always pay automatically through the portal but this month they didn’t pull any of my money . I kept calling to ask how much I owe and why the portal is down but nobody answers ever. I kept calling and not until the 4th of the month happened and I got my call back. She stated that I owed a certain amount and I was okay with that even with a late fee I was completely okay with the amount she stated. I bring said amount of money in - I had to leave work early to get a money order and come in on time before they close. I finally get to the office and turns out the amount is off by almost 300 dollars and they are charging me for every day that I don’t have the correct amount. Almost 100 in late fees already. All would have been avoided if they answer their phone. Not everybody can just come in to the office whenever they please. I have to leave work early for this so I’m beyond frustrated and they won’t waive any fees. changing management and changing the portals and ways of paying rent is very confusing and inconvenient and unfair for hard working people that just want to pay their rent on time.. oh also there’s cockroaches everywhere it’s absolutely infested for any ladies moving in on their own I suggest you don’t.
