  One thing I have noticed since moving in is that I’ve requested pest control three different times. I’ve also informed management each time, but no one has come out. I don’t currently have a problem with pests, but I was informed that this is a monthly service I would need to pay for, so I feel it should be addressed—either by pest control directly or by someone who can follow up and ensure the service is completed.

  ⸻ I just want to take a moment to share how wonderful Michelle has been as a manager here. She is always professional, kind, and truly cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, she responds quickly and with a positive attitude. Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and she makes the community feel welcoming and well taken care of. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and I’m very grateful for all that she does.

  I just moved in. This is my first month if this is new management then they’re doing a great job. I come in at least once a week with questions and they’re always so nice and polite to me. Thank you Erika for all you do.

  ‼️ SECOND EDIT ‼️ Whoever owns the really large dog and leaves it on their balcony while it BARKS AND HOWLS like a wolf around like 6-7a.m. and into the day, can you PLEASE mitigate this?! Or else I will just report you. This is out of hand and you'd think you could hear your own dog being so loud and waking up the community, no??????????? (Prospective tenants: do NOT expect to get good sleep here. As other reviews have stated, the barking dog issue is out of control.) ‼️ EDIT ‼️ THE ARE BRIBING / CREATING FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS AS OF SEPTEMBER 2025. They won't do anything about these insane Conservice charges KNOWING Conservice is the least helpful, most crooked company out there, they just want you to sign their lease. Ultimately, it's up to you. But you've been warned. Please - tell me HOW on earth my communal water bill has DOUBLED from about $100 to over $200 in FOUR MONTHS? Please, humor me that. I'd really like to know. Marifer and Barbi began investigating the matter when they were here but were transferred out shortly later. We need to come together and report on this because something is not right. Take a look at your utilities people! Also to add on to other reviews about dogs. YES, the inconsideration about barking dogs is so prominent here. I talk to a few people in my area and they feel the same but don't even bother telling management because management has proven to not be very effective at anything. It's like an influx of very selfish people moved here this past year and many of them allow their dogs to pollute the community with their obnoxious barks starting very early in the AM and into the evening. There are THREE noisy dogs around me alone, and sometimes they're all barking at the same time and it's horrible! I don't understand HOW as a dog owner you can just sit there and drown that out while you allow everyone else to suffer through it. At this point I may just take these complaints to the city of Phoenix, I don't have much faith in the ever changing management to be honest! The city can enforce the dog owners to shut it down and may be able to look into why we are getting absolutely ROBBED with these water bills! I'm willing to bet, we as tenants are paying for the leaking sprinklers and washers that most of us don't even use as we have our own in-unit. I am so exhausted with this place!
