However, its the office staff that i have had a tough time with. Originally the sweetest lady helped me into this place around 2 years ago. Now, the staff treats the residents like we are criminals? all the emails have a accusatory and negative tone. The office staff is defensive before you can ask for help or a question ( even if its a positive thing). IDK is strange to be treated rudely by the office and staff. Its like WE are lucky to live here.

Was a great tenant only to be disrespected and lied to. My vehicle was damaged within the property. Rincon Partners utilize Kwik Tow. They will damage cars and no one is responsible. Kwik Tow says it's not their fault, the property says it's not their fault and so no one is responsible. No shame and no sense of accountability. Rincon Partners did say they would pay for the damages after requesting numerous estimates only to go back on their word 4 months later. Just unbelievable, how things can happen and no one is responsible. But don't worry, they'll take your lease money no problem. I am so glad to be out of there. Be
