  People need to know about the issues going on at this complex. I loved my apartment and the look and feel to it, but I had to deal with things no renter should!! Especially with how much these so called luxury apartments cost. During my first week of living there the apartment beside me sprung a water leak that damaged the flooring and ruined the walls of my apartment. I lived there for 8 months and they never repaired the outside of my apartment. I had to go in every week to ask them to repair this and the inside of my apartment that is shown in the pictures. It took them months to do the inside and they never ended up repairing the outside. They never answered the phone, so if you needed something you had to go into the office during business hours. If you had pets or children, you would receive no warning to when they were going to spray the complex with RoundUp which is highly toxic to pets. There would be no place to walk your dog safely at times without risking exposure to the toxin, so you had to get in your car and drive somewhere else or walk outside the complex and its perimeter completely. Outside people overall wouldn't clean up after their dogs and it was disgusting to look at and smell. People smoked a lot so you cannot leave your windows open without that lingering into your place. The parking situation is horrible if you want to have guests over it's first come first serve with very limited parking. ROACHES!!! Our entire building was infested with cockroaches... they tried to help me figure this out for about a month and then I had to leave with the issue never resolved. It was horrible and disgusting and made me want to cry. I had to throw away all of my food that wasn't in the fridge twice because even after initial treatment and inspection they couldn't get the infestation under control. Every unit in the building was infested and they were unable to get it under control in a timely manner. Overall I would not recommend living here, and would suggest looking elsewhere for an apartment because of the amount of issues the complex as a whole has.

  We were going to wait to post a review when we moved out but we literally just woke up to a roach in our bed and it’s 3am. So now I have time….. there are roaches everywhere……I am not exaggerating !! inside, outside, coming out of the drains, on the outer building walls does not matter how clean your place is. I work from home and keep my place clean top to bottom because I have small kids and we never get sick, so it’s not us. We came from a appt on 19th Ave way older building and stayed there 6 years and NEVER had roaches or a bug problem. This is our second year here… We thought we were coming to a cleaner place but we feel even more disgusting every single day cause we find roaches everyday. (Where in building 17) The pest control spray over and over again but the roaches never go away. Not only that the gates never close, not a gated community like advertised, homeless hang around this area rummaging through the dumpsters, we hear them at night right outside our windows. if you walk around here, there is dog piss and poop everywhere. Smells great in the mornings… the people who do the landscaping literally blow all the leaves and dog poop from the parking lots right into your patios and garages… I love picking up others peoples dog poop from my patio when I don’t have a dog… there is something wrong with the fire alarms here because I hear them every single week multiple times a week during the day, sometimes for hours. Again I work from home so doesn't really help my situation. We would like to end our lease early if we could. UPDATE: We now how a theft problem. We caught on video a group of men driving through the parking lots here in the middle of the night stealing truck tires off the residents vehicles like they were a pit crew, only took less then 5 min to steal our neighbors new tires off his truck ALL BECAUSE THEY WONT SHUT ALL THE GATES TO THE COMPLEX and this ain’t the first time, we’ve had several people coming to us for footage because we have cameras on 24/7 surveillance around our unit!! If the gates were shut LIKE THEY ADVERTISED, there wouldn’t be randoms driving around late at night looking for things to steal. PLEASE SHUT ALLLLL THE GATES AT NIGHT!!! Or be honest and say this is NOT a secure complex when you have people looking to rent. Also the roaches are still showing up, even after your pest control dropped powder in and around our apartment.

  I lived here for 4 years, two different apartments, before moving out. Here is my experience: The maintenance team is awesome. I never had to wait longer than 24 hours for my issues to be addressed, except when my AC was leaking. But they kept on it until they found the issue. I never had an issue with roaches, in either apartment. Residents throw parties that last all night. Loud music, hanging out on their patios barbequing. Had to call security almost every week on the same residents. Parking is limited. Residents that are assigned garages do not use them. At least in my area. The handicapped spaces are not monitored. Residents park and never move their vehicles. There is dog feces everywhere. I have had to do several work orders to have maintenance come and clean up even though it is not their job. Residents leave their barking dogs on their patios all day and night. Even in the summer. When I moved out, I was charged for cleaning of the apartment and carpet cleaning. I did not have my apartment professionally cleaned, so they charged me. Even though they will have the apartment cleaned before the next person moves in. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. It IS apartment living.
