    Hey everyone my name is Tim I wanted to share my experience with a wonderful lady from Domus her name is Mariah you probably see her at the front desk at 4445 N.36th location. She was more than helpful with everything i put her threw trying to get moved in , I can't tell you how great full she made me feel she was always there to explain and help me threw everything. When I got to the place her smile and personality was so warm and pleasant she made everything feel just right. She was very helpful with everything, Domus is so lucky to have an employee that represents them in every way I hope she goes far with the company she really knows how to treat the residents. Thank you Mariah you make my stay wonderful!

    UPDATE: Eryn did email us back and let us know that given changes during that time, that many were instructed to leave the cox equipment in the apartment and that she would reach out to cox. This was super relieving to hear for us. It seemed like she was having to talk to cox multiple times. We were nervous because the bill date had passed but cox updated it on their end that they received the equipment. I am appreciative that in the end they did make sure the miscommunication on their end got handled! I had a great experience with Domus until Eryn took over as manager. We moved out in July 2025 and were explicitly told to leave our Cox equipment in the apartment. SEVEN months later (February 2026), I received a $250 bill from Cox because the equipment was never returned/processed. While the front desk staff has been wonderful and supportive, Eryn is refusing to take responsibility and is now blaming us for following their instructions. Be careful—management's lack of accountability here will cost you money!!!! Lastly all these reviews are from a raffle that they offered to post a positive Google review.
