  Karen guided me through the leasing process & Heather helped me with all the small, technical difficulties at the end. I didn't think there was any chance that I could get my own place or that I would even qualify, I just came in to check the place out since I had lived here a long time ago when my son was born. They have remodeled since I'd lived here 12 years ago & they've done an amazing job! Karen & Heather were so welcoming & patient, they made me feel like I was already home! I highly recommend this place, the prices are outstanding! I can't believe how little the prices have changed in 12 years. I'm so excited to move in 11 days!!

  Heather was very informative. She was very nice. I really enjoyed working with her. She was so pleasant to work with and really helped me with my move getting into my apartment. I would definitely recommend Crystal Creek Apartments and their management and their leasing agents.

  This property is beautiful and very well taken care of. The grounds are always clean, and the environment feels calm and welcoming. It’s clear that a lot of attention goes into keeping the community looking nice. If you’re looking for an apartment here, I highly recommend reaching out to Karla. She is friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. She answers questions quickly and makes everything easy and stress-free. Overall, it’s a great place to live with a nice atmosphere and great management. Definitely recommend contacting Karla if you’re interested! 😊

  I received a request to leave a review after moving out, so here’s an honest one. Maintenance was generally acceptable, but my experience with the leasing office was very negative. Communication was often unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. When I informed them in advance that I would be leaving the country before my lease end date, I was met with a lack of flexibility and poor communication rather than assistance. There was also a billing dispute regarding the final days of rent. I requested that my deposit be applied toward the remaining balance, which was declined without a clear or reasonable explanation, leading to unnecessary back-and-forth. In addition, I experienced a concerning situation involving an individual inside a dumpster enclosure on the property, which I reported. The response did not reflect the level of seriousness expected for a tenant safety concern. Overall, the tone and approach from management felt more like enforcement than customer service. Clear communication and professionalism would go a long way here. I would not choose to live here again.
