  I am currently in the process of moving to CityScape, but I wanted to say that I have had great experiences with Chelsea and Desiree. They have answered every question; responded quickly to all of my emails; and have kept me in the loop during each step of the process. I am soooo looking forward to being a member of the CityScape Community!

  I’ve been here for 3 1/2 years, including through the transition to the new property management company. I will say that they have kept their word in regards to making improvements. Unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of amenities here, but I can’t say that has anything to do with the current property management company. They got rid of the lockers for the packages, that would be my only actual complaint. Luckily, you have respectful neighbors so I have never had a package stolen. Chelsey & Eddie are my favorites!

  CityScape Residences is an absolutely beautiful place to live, but what truly makes it feel like a white-glove luxury experience is the people.. especially Desiree. I had just moved back to Arizona during a difficult time in my life and was navigating some major changes. Desiree immediately understood that and met me with genuine empathy, professionalism, and care. She went above and beyond to accelerate all the paperwork, answered every question with confidence (like she had everything memorized), and made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Even when reserved parking spaces were extremely limited, she put in extra effort to find me one right outside the elevator. I knew it wasn’t easy and completely understood how tight things were, but she still made it happen.. that’s just the kind of person she is. She gets things done. Every time I see her, she has a bright smile and helps me almost instantly with anything I need. You can clearly tell she prioritizes customer service and operates with a strong sense of urgency, which truly sets her apart. CityScape itself is stunning, but it honestly wouldn’t be the same without Desiree and the rest of the staff, who are consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming. This is hands down a luxury, white-glove place to live, and the service perfectly matches the environment. Highly recommend CityScape Residences.. and special thanks to Desiree for making such a meaningful impact, as well as the rest of the crew.
