- MMMarioMar 22, 20265.0Just moved in a couple of months ago and wanted to wait before a honest review.Great place to live, quiet and safe neighborhood .All apartments that i saw were renovated and moving in was pretty simple and straightforward, not like most apartments around here in Phoenix where everywhere feels like a scam. Blanca and Muhammed are great , they were aways on top of everything and made the move in easier.the only thing is the leaf blower at 7 am , wish it was a little later but other than that would recommend

But the most important one is the management . Without great management, it doesn't matter about anything else! Consciousness maintenance department keeps the place functioning and looking amazing. The key to it all is excellent property management and Blanca is incredible . Accessible, listens an follows up . Truly professional !!!
