  I moved in August 15th 2025, and paid an early buyout fee to move out November 14th, 2025. They just had too many roaches for me. My house was always clean and yet I’d still see roaches. They also sprayed the house several times while I lived there, and it did absolutely nothing to kill the roaches. I haven’t lived with roaches since I was a kid, so that was something I simply could not tolerate.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When I first moved here it was a completely different staff that were professional, kind and seemed to care about the community. When the staff switched it became a whole nightmare. The place is dirty, staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. You'll walk in and they don't even acknowledge you. The kids running around the apartments throwing rocks at cars, windows, destroying property (basketball court) also yelling threatening messages to me when I'm getting out of my car when I'm pregnant went completely unresolved. The amount of fires that happen here is also very concerning. Overall worst apartment experience I've ever had.

  I had a great experience with our maintenance technician, Jabril. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Anytime I’ve had an issue, he responds quickly and makes sure everything is taken care of the right way. He’s also very respectful and takes the time to explain what he’s doing, which I really appreciate. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. Jabril is a huge asset to the team—definitely 5-star service!

  When making a maintenance request, Jabril is always on point! Requests are completed quickly and he is very respectful and efficient. Maintenance requests are typically stressful but Jabril at Array makes the process quck and simple.
