  This place was by far one of the best places we looked at! The lady who helped us with paperwork, viewing the units ect was very very helpful, attentive, and friendly! The units were clean with new appliances. The outside was clean. There is a pool, there was alot of diffrent reasons why we chose to rent here. The price was a great deal. DEFFENATLEY worth the time and effort stopping by! Im so glad we get to raise our baby around such a caring apartment complex. Thank you Elle! Your amazing! Stop by and give 2025 west a try! Im so GLAD that we did!

  I've lived here close to 5 years now. I'm happy, peaceful and content. WALMART and TARGET 🎯 delivery right to my kitchen counter. I'm 61 and retired in Phoenix.

  Nancy Martinez and Arlyne bueno were very professional and very nice . I appreciate their customer service skills and professionalism while I have been staying here at 2025. Very respectfully and very professionally I wanted to say thank you 🙏🏼 for their customer service skills. I appreciate it as a combat veteran myself . They were pleasant experience and comforting to our needs thank you very respectfully I appreciate their customer service skills.

  I’m posting under a different name to avoid any potential retaliation from management. I pay over $1,200 in rent, and my apartment is extremely hot. It’s so uncomfortable that there have been times I’ve had to take MULTIPLE cold showers just to cool down. You’d think “utilities included” would be a plus, but it’s not. The building controls the HVAC, not the tenant. Even when I try to turn on the air conditioner, the system is still set to heat, so there’s nothing I can do to cool my unit down. Utilities are also not truly included. On top of rent, there’s a RUBS fee and several additional charges, including trash. The trash situation is frustrating because the dumpster is already close by, and having trash sit near the building just attracts more pests. There have been ongoing issues with roaches, which only makes that worse. It feels like extra fees are constantly being added without much benefit to residents. During the summer, when the air conditioning is supposed to work, it is frequently out or not functioning properly. For the price being charged, this is unacceptable. Honestly, it would be worth paying a little more each month to live somewhere you can control your own utilities and not be stuck in an overheated apartment. This has been a really frustrating living experience.
