  During the move in process Ramsey has been extremely patient and helpful in answering questions, giving advice, and allowing for a comfortable environment when talking about sensitive matters, Miguel the maintenance technician has done an outstanding job on keeping the property feel very homey and has gone out of his way to ensure my concerns are heard and addressed and has easily made one of the best maintenance experiences I've ever had, Rachel the property manager has also been a huge help in allowing me to make this community my new home, in allowing this environment to become a priority of hers, as well as making a introduction with residents. Overall this is a community that I believe others should take notes from and the management here is without a doubt one of a kind

  The maintenance technician Miguel did an amazing job solving the issue we had. We really appreciate his dedication and attention to detail with in finding a solution. He made sure to do everything in his power and utilize everything at his disposal. Even taking the time to reach out to vendors to make sure that there was a plan in place before he felt comfortable leaving. As well as, the hardworking and attentive leasing agents, Ramsey and Rachel, who took the time to hear our concerns and make sure that something was in motion before we left the office. Not to mention, the personability they both possess. Connecting with us and offering addresses for things we love and did not know were around. Which is a huge help, especially when initially moving since everything can be overwhelming. Its nice to know that the leasing agents care enough to consider us, even past what their job duties might require.
