  I cannot say enough good about my experience buying a house with the help of Ron Gutierrez! He went above and beyond in every step of it, while explaining all the details so I could make informed decisions. Even when there were negative things that came up about the property, he did not just push it through without making sure I understood what was happening and what my options were. This is an honest and hard working agent that you definitely want on your side! We have been in our house for over a year now and are very happy. Thank you Ron!

  Working with Ron was a great experience I didn’t have much to work with but he never gave up on me and fought hard until we finally found a home. It was a fixer upper but with hard work I was able to give it a good look.

  Ron is the best realtor out there. When i first met Ron, i was very hesitant about starting the process to purchase my first home due to information i had received from other realtors. Just with a little brief explanation he gave me about the process of purchasing a home i knew it was time and that Ron would be my realtor. The rest is history. Me and my wife are now settled in our first home. Ron was very communicative and was there for any questions we had along the way. I will definitely recommend Ron and hope to do business with him again in the future.
