  This place is horrible. We've had issues with residents smoking since we've moved in when the property states in its contract it's non smoking what so ever with 0 tolerance. They ignore emails and calls after a while they refuse to do their own investigation or unit inspections. The incident is right infront of the leasing office so there's no excuse. The only thing good about this place is the maintenance team. They get a 6 out of 5 stars. Only reason we chose this place was for their "0 tolerance no smoking property" due to have a kid on the way at the time. Every single month since we moved in there's been multiple incidents of smoking with evidence on the property even. It's disappointing as the property is beautiful. We've reported the property for every following incident since they wanted to ignore us to include making a paper trail with our pediatrician.

  There is dog urine throughout the property, and the stairway and steps constantly smell. There is also dog feces left around the grounds and cigarette butts scattered everywhere. I have already notified the front office, but nothing has been done to address these concerns. Additionally, while the gym itself is nice, only one out of the four treadmills is currently working, and there are no paper towels available to wipe down the equipment after use. These issues need attention as they are affecting the cleanliness and overall living experience in the community.
